If you want to stay at a five star hotel and eat breakfast by a Michelin like Chef, this is the place. It exceeded our expectations, was very comfortable, beautiful, and included lovely interesting and accommodating hosts.

Such a wonderful couple of days attending our daughters wedding. Made even more relaxed by staying at Lizzie place. Fantastic directions and info sent in advance. The Old Barn was such a delightful place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful setting, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, even the little dog came in to say hello as we were leaving🥰 I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable, with everything you could need. The area seems nice and safe, walkable to city centre/train station and a quick bus ride to the university. It's worth being aware that you can clearly hear the people in the upstairs flat (footsteps, phone alerts etc) but I sleep with headphones in so not too much of a problem for me.

Really lovely cottage, the photos don't do it justice it is much nicer when you see it. Lovely location and perfect for us as we visited Silverstone for the grand Prix. Zoe and Michelle were lovely hosts Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful little cottage. Very pretty garden, parking right outside, very clean and tidy and lovely friendly hosts. Great choice of places to eat that you can walk to, we went to the Butchers Arms for a lovely family friendly evening meal, and the breakfast at the Three Ways was fantastic too. Very enjoyable stay and we’d love to return!

Amazing, we found a gem! John was very responsive and clear with regards to check in instructions. Provided local recommendations for dinner. The place was cosy and spacious for my daughter and me. Good value for money. Would recommend any time.

Lovely room, just what you need when you are working away

My stay here was wonderful, the accommodation looks exactly like it does in the pictures and was thoroughly cleaned and tidy when I arrived. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and quick to respond online and during my stay. I couldn't be happier and hope to return again sometime.

Es la segunda vez que alojo en el anexo de Carina y David, y si hay disponibilidad trataré de ir cuando vaya a Rugby. Es una familia encantadora y tiene una casa preciosa. El anexo es tal y como se describe. El jardín es enorme y bien cuidado y tiene acceso casi directo a una reserva natural donde se puede dar un buen paseo. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento de cómo se portan conmigo. Gracias Carina y David. Nos vemos en unos meses.

What a great stay. Anna was a pleasure to deal with beforehand and meeting us upon arrival was a nice touch. The place is beautiful, tranquil, and only about a 10 minute walk to varied restaurants. If we require another stay in Birmingham, this would be our first choice. Terrific all around.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was very tastefully decorated and furnished beautifully. I really liked the extra touch of the welcome flowers, the toiletries and even some milk in the fridge for us to use; it really made the place feel like home. At the end of our days exploring, we sat outside on the patio in rattan style furniture to read a book and in the evenings when it got a little chilly, we retired indoors and lit the log fire, which was a lovely feature and reminded us of home. We would highly recommend this property. The hosts Andrew and Rachel were lovely and very helpful. This is a property that we would return to again when visiting this area. Thank you Andrew and Rachel for a lovely stay.

A really lovely annexe which made a great base for a weekend exploring the Cotswolds with everything in good reach with a car. Very dog friendly and felt like home. We have re booked the annexe for the F1 weekend :) thank you for a lovely stay x

I am a returning guest and each time I enjoy the comfort of the well appointed premises, the quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, the central location and, most of all, the care and the kindness of Daphne and Dave.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Richard was a lovely host when my friend and I visited the area for JapFest, a car show at Silverstone Circuit. The place was lovely, charming and cosy, with amenities provided for our stay (like toiletries and even bath robes!). Although we were there for a singular night, Richard was happy to answer any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

Another great stay. We will definitely be back again. Great hosts. Thank you for the breakfast. See you again.

Wonderful stay! Perfect apartment for enjoying the surrounding area. Extremely clean and comfortable. Sue and Rog are wonderful, responsive hosts who provide everything you could think of for a comfortable stay away. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
