Amazing hosts and lovely place to stay!

Friendly, helpful hosts, plus 2 lovely dogs and a cat! Location was great, with amenities, including restaurants, shops and 2 big parks within walking distance. Although the loft room was not available due to being renovated, Siobhan let me know well in advance. I was given another room instead which was conveniently next to the bathroom.

I had a nice stay at Siobhan's place in Kings Heath. The area is peaceful, but very close to the main street in KH with restaurants, cafes etc. Siobhan was very friendly and flexible with check in and greeted me with her two beautiful dogs (and there's also a gorgeous cat). The house is clean and comfortable and I would stay again. Recommended!

Lovely cottage which felt like a home from home. Excellent location, did not use the car once it was parked, Stratford Centre and Anne Hathaway's house were all walkable. Mirren was really helpful in giving advice about parking our second car.

Shakespeare View was excellent - it was very close to the centre yet was quiet and protected from traffic noise. The townhouse was beautifully fitted out, spotlessly clean, warm, spacious and very comfortable. We were absolutely delighted with it.

We spent 2 nights over a weekend at the property and were delighted at the accomodation. It is clean, light, spacious and comfortable. Despite being so close to the city centre it was quiet and tucked away. We managed to park right outside. Everything was as described and we will definitely look to book again next time we visit the city.

Lovely property in a central location in Leamington Spa. Close to shops, restaurants and the station. The property has lots of space, three double bedrooms and lovely clean linen and hot showers. The communal areas downstairs were a little chilly, but the outside temperature had dropped so that could be why, and this is an old property. Heating upstairs was Ok. Sian was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect for our needs for a weekend in Leamington Spa

Lovely, spacious and clean house. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Clean and comfy bed. Host was very polite and accommodating with quick response. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay, and it was great that the house could cope with young baby, active five year old and assorted adults. Would thoroughly recommend!

Sharon’s house is one of the best we have stayed in anywhere. It is super clean, comfortable and really well equipped with everything you might need. There are some interesting artworks and sculptures which add to the ambience. There is also an attractive private outside sitting area. The location is perfect for Stratford. The Shakespeare Theatre, river, shops, restaurants and all attractions in and and around the town are within easy walking distance. The parking space is also a great asset. We cannot recommend Sharon’s house highly enough.

The house is really nice and clean and peacful, kitchen, bathrooms are satisfectory. enough living room and kitchen space.. host is responsive with clear instructions. I am satisfied.

The house is located near the NEC and also to the town centre. 100% recommended, we will be back next year!

Superb townhouse with parking in a short walking distance to town, the river, and Shakespeare’s resting place. Perfect communication and instructions provided and very clean place throughout. So much to see and do in Stratford itself. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely.
