We had an amazing winter stay at this cabin! While the driveway was a bit tricky due to the winter conditions, the host was extremely responsive and gave us helpful instructions to navigate it. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it a great place to unwind after a day of skiing. We especially loved the hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax after hitting the slopes! The space is peaceful and private, and we enjoyed exploring the walking trails and the pond. The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, spices, and even a Roku TV for when we wanted to unwind indoors. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and would visit again!

Place (well-appointed, cozy, and clean) and hosts (very responsive, helpful and accommodating) were great! The setting - gorgeous. And the wood-fired everything was, well, everything we wanted and more. (Really appreciated having all the wood you need included, because you can burn a lot to keep sauna and hot tub toasty, if there in the winter.) Would 100% stay again!

This was our second time staying at Jamie’s cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It is such a beautiful location and the cottage is warm and cozy with the amazing fireplace. It was a perfect spot to watch all the snow fall gently out the big windows, looking out over the river. So peaceful! We ended up having to leave early and it made us all so sad, especially our kids, so we’ve already mentally made plans to go back next winter. Jamie was super communicative and we really just enjoyed our time so much.

Our stay at Utopia Villa and Spa was everything I was looking g for and more. The property is gorgeous, the amenities were incredible , and Shahrzad was a fantastic host. We’ll definitely be booking this place again!

Beautiful location and stunning views. Lake was completely frozen when we went and we were able to walk out onto the lake. Comfy bed, provided good amenities and stunning backyard space. Currently has construction right next door so it wasn’t ideal with sleeping babies, but nothing Kris can do. Otherwise a peaceful and cozy stay.

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

We absolutely loved the cottage it was perfect for our week at the beach. The beach itself was just steps away and was absolutely beautiful with calm,clear water and friendly neighbours. There is a strong sense of community in the area. We really loved the outdoor shower which was a family favourite. We will defiantly come back to this cottage again and again if we can.

Stayed here while working in the area, very comfortable set up, large yard with lots of seating. Brian replys almost instantly and had all the info you will need while staying here. would definitely recommend and come back again.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at Amanda’s beautiful cottage! The snow made the experience even more magical, though we can imagine it being just as stunning in the summer. The heated jacuzzi overlooking the serene view was a highlight for us—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We really loved our stay here. We have a 6 and 2 year old and this cottage was the perfect size for the 4 of us. I like that it’s all one level, and floors are a clean hardwood. The road in front of the cottage is so quiet and feels private. A great place to kick the ball around and jump in puddles. Hot tub and games room made this place extra special. Would love to come visit in the summer, and enjoy the beach type amenities that are just a short walk away.

What a clean, cozy cottage - you feel a bit as though in a tree house with the tree tops filling the beautiful big windows. The fireplace was great during the rain and the canoe and fire pit fun when it stopped!

We had a wonderful stay at Cassidy and Stephen’s cottage! The place is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and ideally located. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for families, with plenty of toys and books for the kids to enjoy. The communication with Cassidy and Stephen was very smooth throughout our stay. Great stay in Coldwater. The property was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the views from the window and hot tub. Host was quick to respond and great! Would reccomend.

The cottage was absolutely worth it - a great price for a great find. It's a private place, very spacious with lots of amenities. Our hosts were very clear with what is included versus what we need to bring and extremely responsive. They were nice enough to let us check in a little earlier as well which was very helpful. I would recommend this property for a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location is beautiful with so many options to explore - canoe, kayaks and paddleboards, and also relax - indoor sitting area with a great view, back deck, dock and fire pit. The cottage is incredibly clean and comfortable with everything you need (and then some) provided. Highly recommend booking this cottage!

Wonderful stay, 2nd time going back, and will continue visiting. Very warm and welcoming couple. House was very cute with a special letter and treats upon arrival. Ice fishing was also great 👍
