We had a wonderful stay in this AirBnB! The view is a dream. You are reliant on a car here, as you can't get very far on foot, but the nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

We had the best possible time! Everything was as described, and Katrina was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay here for a couple of days in March. Check-in was easy and the place was cozy and clean. The view over the lake is beautiful and the hot tub was a lovely bonus after a day of skiing. The location was perfect for us - with Horseshoe Valley and Mount St. Louis both an easy 10-15 minute drive in opposite directions.

Stayed during major snowfall. Great place to be in, very comfortable and cozy. We had a nice walk along the neighborhood and along the walking path in Orillia. Great view from the dining and sitting area. We did absolutely enjoy our stay

The place was just as described. It had a beautiful view, lots of space, and lots to do. The host was helpful. Everything around booking, checking in, and checking out was easy with no stress. Everyone loved the space and we agreed we would stay there again.

Nicoles place was great! Just as described and was even more beautiful in person! Great communication and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Dawn's airbnb. We were in town for our wedding and they were so kind as to write us a card and leave a snack box for us. 10/10 recommend

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

The house was incredibly well-maintained, clean, and cozy, as described in the listing. I met Tess she was very kind, and I enjoyed talking with her It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here!

Olga’s home was beyond my expectations! The place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and very clean! There is a great attention to detail to making the home feel cozy! Olga was also very helpful throughout the trip and very responsive. It’s located very close to the restaurants and the underground garage parking was great! Overall 5/5, would highly recommend to others and will be coming back in the summer!

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! I booked this cabin getaway as a present for my boyfriend & I, so we could get out of the city and disconnect. This place was so homey and peaceful, with beautiful scenery all around. The home was tidy and so beautifully unique, in every small detail. I would highly recommend anyone to visit here for a little break and mind cleanse. My boyfriend and I were already discussing wanting to rebook another mini getaway!

Tatiana and Tymur were wondering hosts. They really care for their guests and for their beautiful cottage. The large windows in the cottage really showcased the beauty of the outdoor space. There are many rooms with comfortable beds and three washrooms - all well equipped- which was great as we were traveling in a larger group. The kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the large family living room, they even had extra games for us to play. Everything was kept tidy and clean. We all felt comfortable and at home. The family was already asking to come back in the summer! Thank you again ☺️

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

Wonderful stay, 2nd time going back, and will continue visiting. Very warm and welcoming couple. House was very cute with a special letter and treats upon arrival. Ice fishing was also great 👍

We had a nice few days at the cottage. We loved the deck overlooking the lake. And the sunsets were spectacular! We had a fire by the lake, so peaceful. The cottage is well maintained and has everything you need. Thanks for having us .. we will be back.

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

Dylan's place was wonderful and looked exactly as the pictures describe. if anything, the bedrooms were actually more cozy and comfortable than the pictures showed. The open concept layout was great for our group with 6 kids under the age of 7. Dylan was responsive and helpful with all his messages. couldn't have asked for a nicer weekend and I can't wait to visit in the summer!
