Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the mountain resort and Uinta State Park, where we found a gorgeous trail leading to a waterfall. The house itself was stunning, spotless, and well-maintained. Hot tub was also clean and well-maintained. The host’s communication was top-notch, responding quickly to any questions we had. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but the host had their maintenance guy, Dusty, handle it immediately. He was awesome! Overall, a 10/10 experience that made my birthday unforgettable. We’ll always remember this trip and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical stay in Sundance!

Location location location ! Great place to stay! We spent three glorious weeks here in march - Park city got over 30 inches of snow. The skiing was incredible it takes only about 3 minutes to walk to the slopes (eagle or first time Lifts) you are at the base of Park city Mountain. There is a free bus that comes very often to town or deer valley or the base pick up in right in front of the condo. We loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk away, but it’s a heated pool hot tub for condo also game room and workout area and great sauna. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved the fireplace and the light that comes in and the high ceilings. The second bedroom is really a loft but very private. Loved having washer dryer. 2nd bedroom loft is upstairs has its own beautiful bathroom. But it’s open but very private. There is lots of space in this condo. I can’t say enough about this location and condo (three Kings condo) loved it!!

We stayed here for my mom’s 80th birthday party because it was close to the venue and my mom loves Victorian houses! This house was perfect! It was so cute and so clean and my mom loved it!

This was a great place to hang my hat for the evening and work remotely before getting back on the road while on a cross country trip. Very homey and comfortable!

Awesome, spacious place. We really enjoyed staying at Ken’s. The beds were comfy and the kitchen spotless. The hot tub was private, clean and worked very well! There are three floors in the house so everyone has privacy and also lots of space. Would stay here again!

This house was beautiful and plenty of room. It has everything you would need and then some. It was so clean and felt like brand new. We loved our stay there!

Comfy, cozy, and had everything we needed. Best part? The home was so so close to everything we wanted to do. Host was responsive and helpful when we did run into minor issues.

My partner and I had a great stay! The condo was a perfect size for two people. It was a spacious studio with a full size kitchen. The place felt super cozy and had a cool vibe to it with the eccentric art work. And the king size bed was perfect for those post-mountain naps. It was a longer walk to Main Street but the shuttle right outside the front door made traveling to and from town and the mountain super easy. 10/10 we’d recommend this place for others!

Sarah’s place was perfect for us. Two adults and three teenage boys had everything we needed. With shared beds, comfortably could have had 7. The condo is close to Main Street, the Town Lift, and the Park City resort area lifts. Plus the bus stops close. We did not have a car but with one, you are close to Deer Valley too. We had groceries delivered so not sure about accessibility without a car. We left our rentals at the slopes but had room for storing the snowboarding items we did bring with us. Two things to note - not negatives, just to be aware. You do have to walk up narrow steps. They are doable even with large pieces of luggage. The garage clearance is low. The large SUV that dropped us off would not have fit should it have been our vehicle. The place is fully stocked - even has a few games! Sarah was super as was the space. We would recommend and stay again!

Our first time staying in Park City. Sarah was a wonderful host who went above and beyond the average owner. From public transportation to assisting us to fit in one more day of skiing. The location was super to ski both Park City and Deer Valley. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and a clean hot tub. Would absolutely love to stay here again!!

We had an exceptional experience with Austin as our host. His place was ideally situated just steps away from the Apex lift, and we thoroughly enjoyed the array of amenities offered in the condo. Tina was a great host in Park City! Her place is so walkable to everything Main Street has to offer, and she made our stay comfortable and easy. The designated parking was also a plus!

The cleanest Airbnb ever. Had a lot of extra items that most airbnbs don’t have. You can tell the host cares about your stay and definitely makes your stay comfortable. Also to most comfortable beds. The neighbors upstairs are very nice and allowed our kids place with theirs which made them happy.

We always stay here when we visit family in Utah county. It is spacious enough for our family of 6 and close to our favorite places. We love all the little touches Heather has added to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Karen and Dennis are great people. They’re nice little little two bedroom apartment is very quaint and peaceful. I highly recommend it and their exceptional to deal with. Had a wonderful experience.

Leron was a great host. His condo was extremely walkable and centrally located on Main Street. The space is perfect for a couple or small family. He communicated very well, and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. I loved how easy it was to access everything. The ski locker was super convenient , and the hot tub was close and our nightly ritual. We met wonderful fellow skiers and exchanged skiing adventures each night. The condo had everything we needed and more. I bought a set of the pans they had in the unit, I liked them so much. We had super friendly and attentive hosts that went above and beyond. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We stayed at Lynley's place in February for a week of skiing. We were two couples and a 1-year-old. The location is great -- short walk from the lifts, especially the less busy Eagle lift. Buses downstairs go to downtown (main street) and Canyons village. The guest parking is easily accessible. The complex conveniently has a ski rental that will also store your skis overnight. The warmed pool (outside), hot tub, and sauna were nice. The unit itself was quiet, which is important when you have a 1-year-old. We found everything we needed inside, including a well-stocked kitchen, good AC/heating, modern bathrooms, etc. The living room separates the two bedrooms so you get privacy. Lynley was responsive whenever we needed her. Would definitely stay again!

Fun place to stay when skiing in Park City! Canyons shuttle app made it really easy to navigate ski gear even with children in tow. Heated pool at the clubhouse at 94* was very fun for the family! (Even in falling snow) Host very responsive and paid attention to the details to try and make it an especially great stay. Thank you!!

We loved staying at Gian’s place! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook including basic spices and even a welcome basket of snacks was provided! Beds were comfortable and had enough space for our group of 4. Although I wouldn’t consider it that “walkable” to the Cabriolet lifts in ski boots, there is a shuttle provided if needed. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at this condo. Very spacious and perfectly situated so conveniently across from the Cabriolet lift into the Park City skiing area! Great kitchen with absolutely any sort of equipment you would want. Hot showers! Would be delighted to stay there again!

Great location. Just a short walk to the middle of main Street. You must to be able to ski a tricky blue to get back to the condo. it's not easy so beware if you're a novice skier.

Great stay beautiful condo and had all of the amenities. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!
