Everything was great ! We enjoyed our stay — the closets had nice storage space. The location was close to lots of good eats.

Great spot central to campus and Dickson street etc. Competitive price compared to other airbnbs and hotels. Can’t beat the close location and ease of access.

This was our 2nd stay at one of Omar’s units as we frequent the area a lot, this small studio accommodated us fine for the weekend.

Shannon and Tina were terrific hosts, and Erin's Retreat off Emma was a great home for the week I stayed in the area! I made the reservation request fairly last minute, and really appreciated their quick response and confirmation of my reservation request. I appreciated that this was a dog-friendly Airbnb too! The townhouse was easy to find with convenient parking, and easy check-in. The photos matched the experience for this well-appointed Airbnb - it had everything I would need, including a fridge stocked with cold water and a coffee bar for my mornings. The hosts were very responsive and messaged me occasionally throughout the visit to check if I needed anything, but gave me complete peace and privacy throughout my visit. This is a spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay (for people and dogs)! - highly recommend.

The Clementine is a great location when visiting my son at UArk. Room is always clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. Lauren did a great job updating the rooms!

I stayed in #6 at The Clementine and really enjoyed it! It is the rejuvenated Hiway Inn on College Ave that can now properly be termed a boutique hotel/motel. The property around The Clementine also appears to be undergoing rejuvenation so it will be interesting to see how the site develops around and enhances the space. restaurant, Cafe Rue Orleans, is also on the site but unfortunately I did not have a chance to check it out. I loved the fresh mid century modern look of my room. It had very clean lines, nice artwork and lighting, and the decorative items generally exuded good taste. The bed was excellent with a super comfy mattress, comforter and pillows. There is also a fridge and nice coffee setup which was handy for hitting the road in the morning. I recommend giving this place a try if you like boutique hotels but not all the fuss. I certainly will be back!

The Boho Beauty was a delightful stay! Sean proved to be an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was charming, clean, and offered great comfort throughout our visit. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the hot water was consistently hot - perfect for relaxing showers after a long day of exploring. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and extra linens. The quiet neighborhood served as a perfect base, with easy driving access to many attractions. Would definitely recommend!

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this listing, but second time in this complex. The location can’t be beat. This condo was simple and clean and had exactly what we needed for a long weekend.

We loved our stay and can’t say enough good things about the place. It’s within walking distance of everything and the condo has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Clean, Spacious and well stocked kitchen plus a great location

You can’t beat the location! Close to Dickson St and restaurants! I was in town for my daughter’s sorority Mom’s Weekend and we were able to walk to the house from the apartment. The only downside is along with the convenience of being close to everything it’s somewhat loud at night….which really can’t be avoided in this area (Dickson St & the train), but Annsley provided a white sound machine to help distract the sound.

This is my 2nd stay at Jerome's guest house. It was great! Jerome and his wife treat you like a friend coming to visit, not like a paying renter. I will definitely rent with them again and I recommend you do too!!
