Great stay. Felt like we were staying in a real home, not a sanitized corporate Airbnb. We were so grateful for the breakfast supplies that the house was stocked with when we arrived late and didn’t have time to stop by a grocery store. Marcy was very responsive and accommodating. Easy proximity to downtown, and other key locations. We’ll be back!

This place was dreamy it had everything you needed and the kayaks were a huge plus! We will be back in the fall to enjoy the colors changing and the mountains views!

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

Suzanne was an exceptional host, and everything about this efficient AB&B was on point. We had everything we needed or could have wanted, and no details were overlooked. Our trip was during UARK’s spring break week, so it was very quiet, but if you’re looking for a prime location to the football stadium or even to the campus itself, this is it! Yes, it is technically “attached” to the main house as I believe it may have originally been a one-car garage that was converted into an art studio, then converted into a beautiful, thoughtfully-designed, serene space that is completely separate and private. We never heard a peep from our hosts or the neighbors, and the space was very well insulated with a split-unit for heating and cooling. I was sad to leave but so happy to have found this gem!

will most definitely return. It was like stepping into my grandparents home. peaceful, relaxing, felt right at home, literally, with all the cattle.

Julie's Jewel had all the little "extras" that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Everything was very clearly communicated from booking to check-out. The very close proximity to the University of Arkansas and shopping/dining allowed us to easily get around and have ample time to spend with our college student. We loved our stay at Julie's Jewel and would definitely book with her again!

Absolutely beautiful little cottage. Probably the most lovely decor I’ve seen in an Airbnb- very Eureka zen! Super clean and the bed was soooo comfy. Tons of little snacks and juice and very well appointed!! Highly recommend!

Bob was a great host. Everything was perfect. The location and the way he communicated was GREAT!
