Clean and convenient. Nice little downtown area 2 minutes away. We hiked 2 Knobs trail about 15 min ride to the East and Natural falls just across the border in OK.

Super cute house, exactly as described. Super close to Dickson and UA campus. Our family of six stayed here comfortably; beds were comfy and there is a small game room up stairs that the kids loved playing in. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Hosts were responsive when we had questions. Some road noise but nothing that a sound machine wouldn’t drown out.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in this perfect little cottage. It's at an incredible location on the Razorback Greenway trail, directly across the street from the impressive Fayetteville Public Library, and within a few minutes walk from loads of restaurants and attractions. The humble cottage is very clean and cozy with lots of natural light inside and a back deck from which you can watch passersby on the trail. The bed was very comfortable, and the modest living room, kitchen, and bathroom had everything we and made for nice spaces to relax at the end of the day. The cottage had some books and magazines about the area to inspire us for our adventures in Fayetteville and beyond. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Highly recommended!

Rex's place is very clean, comfortable, and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood - but still close to lots of fun things to do in the Fayetteville/Bentonville area. We would definitely stay there again!

The spectacular views, cozy accommodations, exceptional hospitality, and delicious breakfast made for a truly memorable stay. We can't wait to return for another visit in the future. And we hope to get to try the pizza in the future. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bed and breakfast with breathtaking views. Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable, the perfect retreat. While the room had a quaint, older charm, it was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Glenn. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and taken care of. He gave us some very good travel trips and made us feel like valued guests. Of course, I can’t forget to mention the delicious homemade breakfast, it made for a delightful start to our day. Overall, our experience at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of wonderful.

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

What a fabulous weekend! We escaped all the crowds after the Razorback football game and got to spend more time with our son that’s a student at U of A. Our younger son came along and really enjoyed the creek/river time with the dogs. He caught a crawdads NF practiced skipping rocks. We were very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. This place was exactly what we needed!

This is a perfect place to stay if you're doing a weekend in Devils Den, but don't want to be with all the families, etc., in the park campsites/cabins. 4 short miles to the visitor center. It's a nice little cabin that feels rustic enough but still has lots of amenities (fast wifi, well-stocked kitchen, huge smart TV). And Kristi is a great host, super communicative and generous.

Absolutely wonderful hosts! Everything you need and more. Great location far enough away from things, yet close enough to all amenities. Great place for hogs fans to stay during your favorite sports season. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

The cabin was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking front porch bench, and the kids loved kayaking in the pond. We spent our days hiking at Devils Den, which was a very easy drive from these cabins.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Right across the street from Sassafras Springs Vineyard which is great spot for food and drink. Host was very responsive when I had questions.

Our weekend stay was amazing. We were about 25 minutes away from Devils Den State Park where we hiked each day and then 15 minutes away from great restaurants in Fayetteville. The cabin is private and quiet and the views off the porch are amazing. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the cabin! It was close to Fayetteville but also secluded and private enough to relax and enjoy the views/sound of the creek right in the backyard! Would definitely love to come back and stay on our next trip!
