Really enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable and the area was very quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to everything we wanted to do but with enough privacy and peace. We enjoyed the hot tub. Jessica was a great communicator and warned us ahead of time about road conditions near the house after the area received a lot of rain. Definitely recommended an SUV or higher clearance vehicle as the road to thr house is a little rough, but totally to be expected for the area and the privacy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very comfortable and clean! The hot tub was so relaxing!!

This home was in a beautiful, private location, with plenty of space inside the home. The bedrooms were so spacious, the kitchen was large and the extra fridge came in very handy! The location is pretty far removed from dining or shopping, so it’s a good idea to plan on cooking at the house if you don’t want to be driving around a lot. We loved the privacy and the view of the lake: We 100% recommend this stay for a large family get away!

We booked both sides of Hector’s duplex for a large family gathering and it worked out very well. We had privacy when needed but still had a place to all hang out. The location. made it easy to get to Fayetteville and Bentonville. Hector was great with communication, as well.

Pamela was so responsive and helpful with the rental during our stay! We loved the house and the private location, but we loved how close the nature trail was for walking too! Easy to get to town and enjoy the area as well. The home was super comfortable and had everything needed for a wonderful stay.

This home was great for our family of 4. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and all beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and everything flowed nicely in the house. The hot tub was easy to use and the instructions for it were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location close to everything. Very quick to reach the university and stadium. Very comfortable beds. Nice decor, and kids enjoyed playing put put. As is typical in this area, be prepared for stairs 🙂 there is also a church directly across the street if you have two vehicles and need to park one there temporarily for a quick change out. The host also allowed us to park in the garage which was very considerate, although we did not do so.

This place is so unique! The house has meditation retreat feels with huge windows overlooking trees that make you feel like you’re deep in the forest. The small pond and cedar trees in the front are so different to the environment we were used to, and it was so nice to sit on the huge front porch during a rain shower, and listen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of this place! It is covered, so you can relax rain or shine. As the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is decidedly in town, just in a little hollow that makes it feel secluded. We really appreciated the close proximity to downtown Fayetteville, and had a great time on our stay. Some of our favorite spots were the Little Bread Company, the used bookstore on Dickson, and the farmer’s market in downtown. This was our first trip to the area and we left loving Fayetteville!

Beautiful place. Was looking for a place to share with family and friends since camping plans were rained out. This place had a hot tub and an awesome enclosed patio so we were able to enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather!

My family loved this place! The zip line was a lot of fun! It did rain during our stay so I was so thankful that this place had bored games, puzzles, and books to keep my little ones busy when we couldn’t explore outside! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Right across the street from Sassafras Springs Vineyard which is great spot for food and drink. Host was very responsive when I had questions.

Absolutely loved this cute place! Great location and in pristine condition. Great relaxing night away. We will definitely come back another time.
