We stayed for a Razorback weekend and it was an easy quick drive to the campus. There was some pretty terrible weather with horrible storms, and the road to get there was two lane and dark but not terrible.

Perfect House for three different families together for a football weekend.

We were in town for the UT vs Arkansas football game! This was the perfect, quiet little get away that wasn’t too far out of town. We really enjoyed it!

This was our third time staying here. The location is fantastic and the house is adorable. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious! Highly recommend! Tracy and Stephanie are great hosts.

This place was perfect for quick weekend. Got to share with another mom for mom’s weekend . Plenty of space for us & to have our girls stay with us. Clean throughout & beds super comfortable . Host quickly responsive when I had overlooked some of check in instructions . Would look to stay here again on another trip to ‘Ville

As pictured, this was such a cute house! Check in was extremely easy and parking and unloading was convenient. There was a great fenced in side yard for our dogs! Everything was ready for us and very clean. It felt very homey. We would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Lisa and Greg’s place. Lisa was so kind and friendly as were her 4 dogs. We hiked around the area and Lisa gave us pointers on which trails to hit. The place was very nice and clean and we were overall satisfied with our trip. The only thing (and it’s so minor) is that the instructions for getting there weren’t updated as the doors are now blue and in the instructions it says yellow doors. So arriving at night and expecting yellow doors had us driving around the property and into someone else’s yard … oops lol. But again we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!! Thank you Lisa for being so amazing 😊

This property was absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice at all. It’s remote with just a couple of neighbors in proximity. We saw deer every day! We loved the pool table and hot tub! Everything was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed eating at Hugo’s and Smokin Oak. Definitely recommend Sassafras winery as well. We will 100% be coming back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Conveniently located condo in quiet complex. Unit was clean and comfortable for our family. Would stay here again.

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

This place is close enough into town that you can run to restaurants and grocery stores, yet not so close as to be overwhelmed by the busy feel of the U of A. Lots of lovely outside space. The place has an eclectic feel with lots of photos and original art. This is far from the boring Airbnbs that are dedicated rentals--it is a lived in home, and it feels like it. But that is part of its charm. And there's a mouthy old cat that's never met a stranger, too. Great place to stay with lots of space.

might get your car muddy heading up but just adds to the fun! Beautiful veiw, look at the stars from the quiet hot tob. The Fire place was wonderful too! Great place to stay definitely would go back.

Wyatt was helpful and responsive. His place worked great for riding the gravel roads around Hazel Valley.

Our stay here was great!!! The house was spotless and decor was so cool and beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us and so much to do at the house. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball, tree swing, and awesome park just blocks away. It was perfect for Spring Break with our kids from 10-18, everyone loved it! Pamela was easy to communicate with. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Cozy apartment off the owners home. Donna and Pat were friendly, kind, and helpful. We hiked Devil's Den and enjoyed coming back and walking their 250 acres with the dogs. We are grateful for hosts who allow us to bring our pups. We played lots of their games to ring in the New Year!!

We came to town to move our daughter into her college apartment. We enjoyed the full size kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes. We cooked a big breakfast every morning which made our stay really enjoyable. The beds slept great. AC cooled the cottage efficiently & we appreciated all the extras that were at our disposal throughout the cottage upon our arrival. The soaps, K-cups, salt/pepper dishwasher soap, laundry soap and clean towels for all every morning. The fan upstairs was nice as was all my correspondence with the property manager. we will definitely be back this fall. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with our family.

Manuel was very attentive and responsive to questions we had on check in and during our stay. We had issues with the Wi-Fi, and Manuel was on top of getting it connected for us. There is plenty of room and the place is clean and comfortable. We had to take our daughter to breakfast in the morning, so we missed out on his offer to bring breakfast. I would definitely stay at Manuels place the next time we are in Fayetteville.

We loved our stay here. House was very clean and updated. Everything we could need was available. We didn’t have needs but host checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going well. The location was perfect- close to Dickson, downtown and lots of coffee bars and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!!

Comfortable place to stay close to The University of Arkansas. The home was very clean and clutter free and we enjoyed our stay!
