Alex's place is absolutely lovely and a wonderful weekend getaway. We hiked Maryland Heights and dined at a cute little place nearby. The home was super clean and beautifully decorated and very cozy. The area is quite and peaceful and within walkable distance of the historic town. We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back again.

Amy was a gracious host. Available but gave us privacy. The home was spacious. Well equipped and comfortable. Location was ideal. Easy to walk into the sweet town of Shepherdstown and walking places. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks Amy!

Absolutely LOVED this place. Cabin was homey and comfortable, felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. The views were amazing, we stared at the mountains on the deck for hours. What an awesome bonus that there’s a trail right outside that has miles and miles of hiking in both directions. We loved how in tune to nature we felt, especially being unplugged and cozying up to the fire at night. Beds were comfortable, we cooked all our meals, and the hosts were super communicative. Would recommend this place to everyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway, and hope to be back soon!

We loved Claudine’s home. We live in an old home ourselves and know that old homes are such a labor of love and it’s obvious Claudine takes great pride in her home. Claudine was an excellent host, she also provided us with updates as a big storm was coming in. The home was very close to the historical district, and Shepherd University. There was a lot of space for our family to spread out in. We will definitely be back. Thank you Claudine!

Absolutely best place to stay. Cozy and quiet and so much better than a hotel. All the amenities you could need and super close to groceries and other needs. Easy access to the highway but not too close that you get any road noise. Super clean and extremely well cared for. Looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

Paul's place was amazing!!! they had all the amenities a home should have..It was pure lux! the soaking tub..the outdoor porch and the theatre room was my families favorite! they have great style and has a swedish flare! has great convience to historical harpersferry..hiking and an array of restaurants.. local library and public park few minutes outside of the location, all grocery stores about 15 minutes.. Walmart.. thrift shops and dollar general etc. my family felt right ar home here!! the mattresses, pillows and throws that they had available both for lounging and on the beds, were awesome! ugg blankets.. bamboo sheets, and pella temperpedic mattresses.. we slept like babies! my kids also enjoyed the two basket chairs..as did I for morning coffee! has a great selection of teas and coffees. induction cooktop boiled water within seconds. all cooking items are high end!! we will be back.. highly recommend! thanks a lot Paul for an enjoyable,comfy stay!

Ron, was overall a great host and super super helpful. The stay was great and felt very comfortable, at home. The fenced yard is just great for dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The home was beautiful and exceeded expectations. It was easy to get in and Zeb’s instructions were very helpful and easy to understand. The host was also very communicative and quick to respond when we have questions.

What a cute and cozy guest suite! It was perfect for a weekend away. Very clean and comfortable. Nancy was responsive to my questions and gave recommendations for the area. Was a great location for me, as it was halfway between Frederick and Harper’s Ferry where I was meeting up with friends. Will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I were very pleased with our lodging. The photos and description were accurate. The rooms were very clean and even though it was still cold out, the heating inside was perfect. We loved how quiet the area was. Out side at night you could hear the proverbial "pin drop". We were within walking distance to all attractions. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

This was my first time booking at an Airbnb and I had a great first experience. My host was always responsive. Place was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable place to sleep while visiting my hometown. It was peaceful and a great location. This home was exactly as described. We loved that we were in the heart of the historic town. The home was clean and neat with everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Harpers Ferry and the area around.

Lesley is a great host who gave us clear instructions for getting in and parking which was very helpful. The area is really neat. This is a fun, convenient, and clean stay to experience Martinsburg and the surrounding areas. She even gladly helped us re-book when we last minute decided to stay longer to check out Harper’s Ferry! With all the help and local recommendations we would absolutely recommend.

The space was very nice and full of light but also private. Very clean. Vi and her husband were great hosts and very responsive and friendly.

Ralph and Vera were great hosts! My 2 year old son loved the cars they had in the back yard. We were just at the house for one night, but because of the playground, cars, and toys in the house, it was the favorite of my 2 year old!

Great place to stay everything was nice and neat and quiet best couch to relax on ever! Will be staying again!

We really enjoyed the stay. Fun playing pool and watching vintage dvd— Beauty and the Beast. The museum was interesting. The lights in museum room were cool. Place had character. Would stay again.

We stopped here as a pit stop during an 18 hour drive. It was perfect for us as it was right off I-81 and had lots of nearby restaurants. The place was comfortable and was really perfect for our needs. Some restaurants are walkable but our only minor complaint was a lack of crosswalks when we wanted to stretch our legs.

This AirBnb hosted by Julie was perfect! The space was just what we needed as a little home base as we explored Harper’s Ferry and the surrounding area. Julie provided great recommendations in terms of places to eat. Would love to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at The Franklin. The place was fresh, clean and had both handicapped & regular parking right outside our door. There are restaurants and a brewery within walking distance as well as The Maryland Theatre. We felt at home and will revisit in the future. Kudos to the owner!
