Great home in a great location. Very spacious and clean and Corey was very responsive. We had 0 problems with there being a restaurant down stairs. Beautiful views of the bay and a near by field where we watched little kittens playing with each other! It was adorable. We slept great and felt right at home!

Even in the winter absolutely gorgeous! We love Lubec and come often. This would our first stay here but we hope to be back! Clean, spacious, comfy!

Unique, and historic! The room was much bigger than anticipated. I love that we had access to the observation tower. There were yard games and magazines available for communal use, which was also just such a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you could've needed (utensil and appliance-wise). Waking up and watching the sunrise from the observation tower with PJ's on and a coffee in hand was the PERFECT welcome to the East Coast. Opening the window in the tower to hear the sounds of the birds on the water, to feel the cool breeze from the ocean, and to smell the salt in the air, were some things that I'll just never forget. The drive to the lighthouse is short, and if you were in the mood for a moderate walk, you may even be able to walk it. The views from the lighthouse are just amazing. There is a stairway to take you down to the water, where we found cool rocks, tiny crabs, and we even saw a harbor seal! I would absolutely stay here again. It was well worth every dime!

A beautiful, peaceful stay in Lubec! We hope to come back someday and rent the large main cabin as well. It is a great location to relax by the beach and explore Campobello Island. The pictures were accurate but just an FYI for anyone who has a someone who snores or has kids in the family- the two bedrooms are only separated by an open doorway and a curtain - you can hear everything from the other room. 😆

This place was absolutely stunning! It was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It was so quiet and cozy and was just what I was looking for! Would choose this place every time I’m in the area.

Melissa was a wonderful host. Her place is clean and well stocked with useful and thoughtful items. Melissa was very helpful with local recommendations and reached out to help us troubleshoot dinner options when the power in town went out. Would definitely stay here again. Five stars all around!

Joann's, place is one of the best places on the island, clean, quiet and peaceful, we'll put together she put a lot thought in Making you feel comfortable. Lots of instructions and go beyond leaving little things in the unit given that there's not a lot ooptions on the island...LOVE THE SPOT.

Excellent stay! We were visiting family in the area and Laura's place was perfect. Lovely setting right on the water. The apartment is clean and fresh, The design is warm but minimalist and quite spacious. It was easy to prep our breakfasts in the mornings and we found some amazing hiking trails about 6 minutes away. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashleys's home. It is a beautiful, peaceful and lovely location, with great proximity to Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor and the Schoodic Institute. Our family enjoyed watching the lobster boats in the morning and noodling around the peninsula. It was a very comfortable space, with a well stocked kitchen and dining area.

House is exactly as described and is located in a quiet area.

Quaint does not begin to describe this lovely place. A great experience throughout and the tips from the owners regarding things to do and see made the trip even better.

Our stay greatly exceeded all of our expectations! To say Mandy’s place is incredible would be an understatement! We woke up to a breathtaking sunrise our first morning and the atmosphere around the fire pit in the evening was phenomenal! If ever we’re in the area visiting again, I certainly hope we get to stay at Mandy’s place!

This home is just lovely. The town is very small and you need to drive 10-15 miles to the nearest "large" town to get groceries of any consequence. That being said, get what you need ahead of time and just enjoy the GORGEOUS surroundings. A marvelous place to decompress. There is no TV and no radio reception which we loved. We were able to buy lobster right off a boat and everything you need to cook and eat them is provided. I very much like that the shower has what you need in neat push button bottles mounted on the wall. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. Can't say enough about the spectacular views. Watching the lobster/fishing boats go in and out and hearing the rumble of the engines was great. The home is close enough that you could use it for your base to visit Acadia Nat Park. Don't miss going to Winter Harbor. Small but some good art, good coffee shop, and a super general store. You can also catch a ferry over to Bar Harbor from there.

Perfect location. The views of the harbor are stunning. Quick 5 minute drive to Schoodic. We loved coming back and relaxing at the house after a busy day exploring. Our first time in Maine and can’t wait to return. Would definitely book this house again!! (We even looked for 2025 dates but couldn’t find availability). The house is stunning, well kept. Host friendly and quick to respond. Our favorite vacation by far!

Susan is so incredibly helpful and accomodating! She answered all of our questions and gave us lots of very useful information to assure we made the most of our trip to Maine! The house was spotless and the location was breathtaking! 10/10!
