Wonderful stay and convenient to everything for visiting our family for the holidays. It’s a lovely home and we’ve already booked for next year!

The location worked out great - near my brother's house and near the downtown Marietta location where extended family and friends gathered. It's not new, but certainly met our needs. Nice hot water in the showers!

Quiet and comfortable. Especially liked sitting and reading on the deck in the afternoon looking at the river. The deck furniture was very comfortable. There was a screened back porch that also looked inviting but we didn't use it. Our stay was only two nights. We have two grandchildren who visited on the morning we left. The grandchildren (4 and 1 years-old) liked the living space. Plenty of space to crawl and run around.

We had a wonderful stay! Alissa was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries. The setting was very pretty, private & quiet. I would advise against arriving after dark because of the twisting country roads; also, I don't think you could read the road signs in the dark. The home had a very appealing layout & the rooms were very spacious. The bed and living room furniture were comfy; the primary shower was enormous and had really good water pressure. The hot tub was fantastic & had a unique "roof." We drove into Marietta one afternoon and had a delicious lunch at the Galley restaurant on 2nd Street. We are already looking forward to returning to this terrific home!

absolutely wonderful stay!! very convenient location & the place itself is spotless & super warm & cozy. parking was a breeze - even with the restaurant across the street, there was always a super close spot available. the hosts were wonderful & flawless communication, would absolutely recommend to others!

Our family enjoyed our short stay at the lovely farmhouse. We were in the area for a funeral and our stay at peaceful farmhouse in the country was very consoling.

Hazel's "Downtown Townhouse" was exactly as described on Airbnb and exactly how the photos portrayed it to be, very comfortable and CLEAN!!! We loved our short stay and would stay again on our next trip to Parkersburg. My husband liked that 7-11 is within walking distance. I loved the basket of water and goodies with popcorn and chocolate left, which we used for a movie night in. Thank you Hazel for being such a gracious host. Cindy & Paul

Charming home in a beautiful neighborhood. Tersia is a wonderful host who spoils her guests!

What a great place!! So clean, easy to find and get inside. The extra snacks and drinks were so thoughtful! Kitchen is so well stocked and yet without any clutter at all. Extra blankets and towels. Plenty of pillows and places to set down your things. Games in the closet, just so many thoughtful touches. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay!! And right around the corner from Kroger!

Incredibly beautiful and well located place. Walkable to coffee, cocktails and food. Safe and quiet neighborhood; easy parking. Room itself was gorgeous and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was so comfortable; kitchen had everything, including welcome pastries! Tersia was a responsive, proactive host. Would absolutely stay again.

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed; the space absolutely holds up to the other many many five star reviews. The apartment was not only immaculate, but Tersia’s own interior design touch made it so warm and cozy. Though it is hard to decipher, I think the best part of it was the homemade pastries (I could’ve eaten a million). Tersia was readily available if we needed anything, but also respected our privacy and space. She also provided us with a late check-out due to bad weather. We didn’t want to leave, but it is on our list of places to stay at again!

After arriving at another Airbnb that wasn't as listed, we were on the hunt for another one. We saw Nathan's listing, contacted him and reserved his place. He waited for us to arrive, got us in and showed us around. He even offered to help with our luggage. Nathan couldn't be more friendly and helpful. His listing was as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked and overall very homey. We will be going back. Thanks Nathan.

Enjoyed the stay at this riverside condo. Warm, comfortable stay during a cold, snowy winter weekend. Clean with all the needed amenities. Would love to stay again, and experience Marietta during the summer or fall!
