Jen's place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding weekend and the apartment had everything we needed, with the added bonus of a cute little patio area for us to lounge by during our downtime. Everything was super clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet and made us feel very relaxed. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Jen's!

I loved being in this cozy space near the water! Had everything I needed, simplicity was relaxing. The space, over the garage, felt very private. Stephen is a great guy who responds immediately. He also checked in a few days after I arrived to ask how things were going.

This place ! I highly recommend! It is perfect for two to three people. Clean and conveniently located. It is located just blocks from downtown Westerly! I loved the fenced area just for this place. Heather and Jared went above being a great hostess! It seems there number one goal is for you to feel at home! Thank you, both for being so accommodating! We will definitely be back!

A perfect AirBnB experience! Easy to find, great parking, spacious, completely spotless, plenty of amenities, and the space looked just like the photos. Ellen was a great host - friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house has one of the most beautiful interior design among all the Airbnb I stayed at. There is so much nature outside the house, lot of trees, little gardens, and we love there are 3 hens on property and we can get eggs from them. The beach is not too far either. We drove every time we go but it’s definitely walkable. Sean and My are also very helpful - gave me a whole Google list of recommendations of local places. I will definitely book it again if I visit this area again.

We stayed here for a month after selling our house while working to find our new home. Nichole's place was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. Nichole was very responsive to all of our questions, proactively communicated regarding a planned furniture change out and some maintenance on another unit that might've caused an inconvenience and took care of the minor issue that occurred during our stay immediately! Even though there were other neighbors that came/went during our stay, the apartment was very quiet. I would definitely stay with Nichole again, as she and her husband were such great hosts.

We were in RI for an annual business nmeeting but also have friends and family in the area. The location was perfect and accessible to both Wakefield and Newport. The apartment was comfortable, filled with everything we needed for our stay. Sean was proactive - the neighborhood was quiet, the bed was comfy. All good! Thank you!

Erik’s spot was the perfect place to land for a weekend wedding in the area. It was quiet, with shades to keep the bedroom darkened for good sleep, clean, and in general very comfy. It’s a bit musty but there is a standing dehumidifier to help with that, and the floors are almost totally devoid of rugs, which makes it feel a bit institutional, but overall, a very good spot to stay. I’d stay again should the need arise.

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

We're originally from the area so we are very familiar with the Borough and all it has to offer. We stayed in the off season (March) and would love to come back again during the summer. The *only* thing I was left wishing for was a full length mirror, which was a minor inconveinence barely worth mentioning and doesn't change my review at all (I am mentioning it only because if I was in town for a wedding or other formal event it'd be worth knowing). The apartment is in an older home/building so it has quirky ceiling lines and steep stair cases. This is to be expected in the area. The condo is updated to modern standards and was very clean and comfortable. There's nothing I'd change! The location is great- right above Noah's Cafe, a block or so from Water Street Cafe- both mainstays in the Borough. You're also only a few blocks away from beach access. Like I said, we'd love to come back to this condo during the summer! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Patricia made us feel right at home. The apartment was lovely and an easy walk into town. My kids loved how close we were to Aldo’s and the animal farm. Block Island is meant to be explored and we were blessed with good weather, so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but if it had rained, the space was big enough that we would be comfortable hanging out there. Coffee on the deck was a wonderful way to start the day. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels, and good WiFi. It was a perfect weekend getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying with Brianna and we are looking forward to our 3rd. If you’re parents visiting URI and want something more cozy than a local hotel, this is a perfect spot. I’ve only ever visited in the winter but looks like the outside area would be lovely in any other season. It was more than enough room for my daughter and myself—kitchenette, seating, small table for dinner/laptop. Beachy vibe. The suite is below the house so you may hear the pitter patter of little ones scamping about but I found it cute! It brought back memories of when my rising senior was that age! Brianna is so sweet and accommodating. It snowed the night before we left and she messaged me to let me know she’d be shoveling the stairs down to the apartment but didn’t want to do it and invade our privacy. I thought that was very thoughtful. Also, it looks like they’ve made some improvements since the last time we visited which shows pride in ownership. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this Airbnb! It was adorable and was completely outfitted with everything including beach chairs and of course who doesn’t love an outdoor shower. It was in walking distance to 2beaches and some dinner places. It was right on a marsh so watching the egrets, herons and prolific bird life was wonderful. We will be booking again soon for next summer!!

This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

We had a wedding in the Borough and the the Waldron house was big enough for the parents. It was a short walk to the DuBois Beach for the wedding. It was gorgeous.

Susan’s private apartment is a perfect serene getaway with a beautiful views of the cove water front and her garden is wonderful! The location of the North Kingstown is also fabulous - close to Newport, Narragansett and Providence. Perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet but also options to explore.

This stay was wonderful. Everything I expected it to be and Diana was so helpful on getting us settled in and helping us navigate the surrounding areas. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a older home but was very nice despite it's age. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Stonington area. The location could not have been better for us due to the fact we needed to go back and forth from New London to Stonington and Mystic between the two.

Joan was very responsive. The Airbnb was clean, in a safe place, all amenities were available plus extras. It was walkable to Narragansett town. So much to do. Beaches, shopping, restaurants. It was a great trip!

The apartment was very clean. The furniture was in great condition. My only disappointment was not being able to spend more time in the rental. We were in town for an event and pretty much only slept there. The kitchen was huge and looked pretty well stocked. It is a bottom unit. I only heard the people up stairs once and it was very bref. Over all it was a 10 out of 10.

Maryann's place was fantastic and so was she! The house was very clean and is walking distance to downtown. Exceptional location. Maryann was a great host. She was very responsive and was a pleasure to meet. We hope to come back next year!
