John was a wonderful host - well prepared and very responsive! He took great care to provide somewhere we had everything we needed and more. it was a great place to stay and made for a great weekend!

This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

Elaine’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was situated on the second story of their home with a separate, easy access entrance. Upon entering you are treated with a beautifully decorated, well furnished , living room with a large bay window at one end. When you get closer and look out, you are overwhelmed by a spectacular view of the Narragansett Bay. You are so close, if you listen carefully, you can hear the lapping waves. In the morning, the room is filled with the glorious morning sun. The large main bedroom is equally well decorated and has an equally beautiful view of the bay. The smaller second bedroom is fully functional but does not have the view. The apartment had a one fully functional bathroom and a small but updated well equipped kitchen with everything you needed except a dishwasher. No room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Elaine and Richard and would loved to stay with them again if we return to Wickford.

very clean and cozy place to stay. for some reason I thought I was renting a little cottage, I didn't realize it was essentially a finished walk out basement but i wasnt disappointed because the place was wonderful and i couldnt even tell anyone was upstairs. patty was super respectful of her downstairs guests. beautiful neighborhood with a small beach within walking distance, its an enjoyable walk and a great spot to launch a kayak or take a dip. central location within reasonable driving distance to many popular RI locations such as newport, Narragansett, and providence. ferry, beaches, state parks, hiking, walkable downtowns, etc nearby.

Excellent deal - great to bring our own linens so we could have our dog with us. We felt the apartment was just perfect for our needs for a one-night stay for 2 people. Only suggestion for Steven - the wind whips through the stove vent at night it kept waking us up, so might be something to look into. I will be back with my dog when it gets warmer!!! A treasure of a place to stay in Wakefield! Absolutely beautiful and well-appointed, even more spacious than the photos and excellent attention to detail in providing anything you might need. Fast and easy communication with the host and a lovely, walkable location. We will definitely book here again in the future!

This is a really special place! Everything is appointed with thoughtfulness and warmth — the kind of place that makes you want to stay in, have a slow morning! The location is perfect, the view serene. We will definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

Absolutely beautiful! Looks exactly like pics. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I loved how the home was decorated. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Amazing views. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Five stars in every category.

Teri's place was as described and perfect for our large group of 11. It easily handled the parking and sleeping requirements we had. It was a short drive to tons of great restaurants and stores, and 10 minutes to the beach. It also had a nice "riverfront" beach in the neighborhood. It was clean and fully stocked. Teri is was on point with all communications. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous home, well equipped kitchen, amazing deck for spending time with the family! We will be back! Another huge plus was each of the three bedrooms were generously sized with breathtaking views of the pond, no one had to fight over a room with a view.

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

This cottage is adorable and in a great location!!! We loved the fire pit and close proximity to the beach!!! There is also a great pizza joint, liquor store, and gas station right at the end of the road so super convenient to the cottage!!! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rhode Island!!! Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.

Great little place to stay in Misquamicut beach! Super short walk to the town beach, and extremely convenient location for going to westerly or anywhere else in RI! Close to mystic/ Stonington also.

We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

The Airbnb was an ideal location. Close walking distance to everything in town. The place was clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.
