Jennifer’s place was absolutely amazing. The view from the hot tub, the high-quality furnishings, appliances, and overall build quality of the house (honestly it was in another league from the Airbnb houses I’ve stayed in before). I loved that you could tell they really put a lot of thought into providing everything for their guests. The smores kit for the fire pit, having both hard and soft pillows on the beds, the house being meticulously cleaned and smelling amazing when we walked in. They definitely stepped up the game from the Airbnb stays I’m used to.

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

A pristine home in an amazing private community. Full equipped with kitchen, bath, and extras. Always great recommendations and responsive to questions. Highly recommend for families that enjoy nature and privacy.

The description to the house was accurate and actually looked better in person than in the photos. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with our pups for a family Christmas vacation. The house is literally right next to the newly renovated Hatley Pointe boutique ski resort and minutes away from tubing. We did experience an unfortunate event where there was a blockage in the main plumbing line to the house that resulted in a toilet and shower downstairs overflowing. We did have to move out of downstairs for several days while the area was cleaned. Daniel did respond right away and was willing to give back a partial refund that we agreed on for the inconvenience. While the house could use some TLC (in regards to leaky pipes and mattress upgrades), it was a good value for the money, the location is unbeatable, and the communication from Daniel was 5 stars.

Beautiful home in rural area which was peaceful. The morning sunrise over the mountain terrain was spectacular. The local store nearby (Wolf Provisions General Store) had great sandwiches.

Beautiful home with beautiful views

We booked Mollie's place so we could catch a snowfall. We LOVED the views and layout of this house. We received 8" of snow our weekend and it was the most magical time watching the snow from the 2 story living room with the big windows. I had to work remotely and the wifi was great..... the best part was watching the deer all day from the windows. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. We had 6 adults and we all fit nicely in the living room (large sofa and a couple of rocking chairs). The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The downstairs is also really large and would be great for kids and/or over flow sleeping arrangements. The hot tub is located outside the basement garage with easy access to the house. The main roads and the gated community had snow plowing so we could easily get in and out. Mollie is offer the driveway to be plowed so we could come and go from the house easily as well. We'd visit again!

Lauri was a great hostess.We arrived there Everything was just like the pictures showed anytime we needed to reach Laurie She got right back with us.She was such a sweet person.Great hostess.I would highly recommend staying there if I were to visit Tennessee again I would Totally be using her place again to stay. If you have small pets, it's a great place to be. The great thing about this place is it was a fenced in backyard, so it was great for our little dog to be in the back yard And get some fresh air each day. And if you're looking for some place where you can cook each night great place we actually was able to make a pot roast.There was a crock pot as well there. Also all the bedrooms had TVs in each room. We were in Tennessee for about 5 months rented from a lot of places.And I'd have to say this with my favorite Airbnb. If you're looking for a place to call home for a while This is the place to stay. And I love all the sparrow Birds all over the place was super Cute♡

Granny’s House was a great place for us to stay while volunteering with hurricane relief projects in the area. Vicki & Eddie had prepared the home with all the amenities that one could need. The coffee bar & snack bar were much appreciated. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Thanks for all the extras!

Such a beautiful place! So much attention to detail in the decor and amenities! I have stayed in a lot of places, this one is different my favorite. 10/10 recommend and I will be back! I wouldn’t change a thing!

We stayed at Dwight's for a month with our two small children. His home is very clean, well built and well maintained. We had a great time staying there and would recommend this location to others. Dwight was always easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. Thank you!

The house was exactly as described . House was very clean and cozy. Bed was so comfortable. Was perfect for our Thanksgiving with family in Fall Branch. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home at Molly’s place. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to downtown Johnson City and beyond. The home easily accommodated our family of 3 and 2 dogs. Everything you can think of was supplied from a well stocked kitchen, dog bowls/treats, well stocked bathroom with a washer and dryer and a cozy living room with fun boardgames and a tv. The two bedrooms made for a comfy nights sleep. Everything was exactly as pictured and described and then some! We appreciated all of Molly’s thoughtfulness, responsiveness, and kindness. And what a wonderful addition to receive beautiful and delicious farm fresh eggs! Molly, thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home!

Jared checked on me throughout my stay to make sure everything was fine due to the weather conditions. the house was conveniently located for me access where I needed to be with minimal effort.

We had a fantastic stay at Tjs! The hosts were friendly and communicative and the house had everything we needed for our extended stay. Hoping to stay again when in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Gracie's Place. The house was cozy with a cabin-like feel. The location of the property is perfect: country living just a few miles from historic Main Street in Jonesborough. There is plenty of room on the property to walk your fur baby while taking in the views of rolling hills and blue skies. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating to our requests. This is a good place to relax and unwind.

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood was very quiet and private, but the home was within minutes of restaurants, the hospital, and stores. The home had everything we needed, and we had a wonderful stay!

where do we start with this wee gem of a find in Johnson City. we've just left today after a 12 night stay, and everything was to perfection! comfy big bed, cosy linens, full of exceptional amenities, including coffee - we just can't rate this wee house high enough. we were spending time with our family and this was a perfect base for us when our busy days were over. excellent hosts - excellent location - excellent house. we'll be back for our next visit. thank you!
