It was absolutely the best private Casita I could have asked for. They have done really well with the layout and simple elegant decor, felt right at home and immediately comfortable in the space. It was CLEAN. Thought out. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Easy to find again once you Find it. Having a washer and dryer inside the walk in closet .. would be the whip cream, cherry and sprinkles on top!

Jenni's place (casita) was absolutely the best AirBnB I have stayed in. Immaculate to say the least. Everthing you may need for your stay. Bathroom was a 10+ including a walk in closet and washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable and home is in a great neighborhood. Small fridge, Kuerig coffee maker, pods and water were supplied. Stores and restaurants close by. I highly recommend Jenni's place!! Thank you so much for my stay, Jenni.

Great place to stay for visitors to Zion National Park (20 minutes away), but be sure to also visit Kolob Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park, and Valley of Fire State Park while you're in the area!

Words can not describe this place enough. I proposed to my girlfriend out here and it’s just simply a magical place. It was beautiful and worth every cent. If you come stay here, just know you will be spending the rest of your life on this app trying to find a better place, and you will always come short. Loved it.

Came down for a business trip, I was able to check in late. First glance at inside and its perfect for 1 person. The finishes inside were new and updated, the fridge was more than accommodating, it looked smaller in pictures but it was huge. Bed was nice and comfy . The neighborhood was nice and quiet despite being near the highway. I would definitely stay at this place again .

The cottage was adorable and perfect for the week we stayed there. Marilyn and family were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The cottage had a kitchenette that had a griddle and waffle maker, coffeemaker and fridge that made it easy to save money by cooking there. They helped us with recommendations on other places eat in the area. We brought two dogs that loved the yard and enjoyed being able to stay in a place off leash. The view of the mountains was incredible and there are places to hike close by.

Close to the action at Sand Hallow. Beautiful neighborhood away from the highway. My dog didnt have any problems with the setup and they even provided some backup dog bowls in the room which was nice. Clean, well decorated, and inviting setup as soon as you walk in. Very usable kitchen setup. Wifi and tv were easy to find and use. And for about the same price as a hotel room if not cheaper, you can't find a better deal in the area. Will definitely be returning when Im back in the area.

Great place to call home after multiple day trips to Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion!! The bed and linens were amazing along with the towels. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time here. We ate at the Pig’s Ear and the Cross Country diner which we would recommend. At the end of the day a dip in the hot tub felt amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Out of the many airbnb sites we stayed at over the years, this is our favorite in its proximity to all that we wanted to do in Zion and Bryce and surrounding beauty, in the cleanliness and comfort of this location and in Jenni's thoughtfulness in the little details all throughout the place to make her guests comfortable and at home. It was perfect for our 2 families with little kiddos and well stocked with all the amenities that I hadn't seen at other locations to make meal prep easy.

Gorgeous place, amazing views, friendly host, and we got to meet the cutest pup. Highly recommend!

10/10 stay! Tara was extremely responsive and provided a perfect stay. Super clean, and great amenities. She even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens! Great location, yet private enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Perfect location. Stay was bigger than I thought. Plenty of room for couples traveling together or a family. Host was even nice enough to get a package for us. Overall, great stay and would come back in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay. Off an away a bit but close enough to what you may want to do. Owner put a ton of thought into making sure everything that you may need is there, the property is beautiful with a great attention to detail. Hands down this is the best stay I have ever had.....Great people, great place!

We loved our stay at the Casita. It was well-stocked and perfect for the two of us. about 40 minutes from Zion's main entrance/visitor center and 2 hours from Bryce Canyon. The place was clean and comfy. Victoria and Nigel were amazing hosts. Very responsive and proactive. We loved staying here!

We loved staying at this cute casita! Laura was so helpful while I planned out this trip and made everything super easy. She even helped accommodate our schedule by opening up another day in her calendar! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Such a GREAT place to stay in the St George area! We had easy access to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon State Park (about 5 min drive) and convenient to get to Zion and other public lands in the area. The cottage was just what we needed, including a pretty outdoor patio, Roku access, convenient kitchen space with a hot plate perfect for cooking breakfasts. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of linens, plus washing machine in the unit (handy when outdoor adventures are on your itinerary). The host provided lots of little extras that made our stay convenient. Communication with the host was excellent and friendly - before, during and after our visit. The location was quiet and very close to grocery as well as the roads that run along the north edge of St George and circumvent the city traffic. We had a GREAT stay and absolutely look forward to returning!

All of the attributes for each of the questions airbnb asked in this survey applied. This was a wonderful rental. The unit was accurately described and was beautiful. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. One of the best features was the RV parking. We had a utility trailer with an offroad vehicle. The RV parking space was to the side of the house and behind a fence. It was more than large enough to store our trailer and vehicle. We loved the unit itself. it was just the right size for us. The shower was a highlight - it was huge! Amberly and her husband were wonderful to deal with. Her husband was waiting for us when we arrived to help with the RV parking space. And they were very responsive anytime we messaged them. I would stay here again.
