Chrissy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The communication was amazing and the home was so lovely. It was clean, and Chrissy made sure we were well taken care of. The hot tub in the backyard was the perfect temperature and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great home. It was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. We loved the layout and accommodations. The host had all of the necessary amenities. We'd stay here again for sure.

Amazing property! The home looks just like the photos and is in pristine condition. Well stocked kitchen including spices which is always much appreciated. Loved cooking on the huge Thermador range! Every room is an en-suite, so was comfortable for each party. Loved the backyard. The pool and hot tub heat up quick which was great because we ended up there on a week that was chilly. There's a great grill, corn hole boards, and a gas fire table. Also enjoyed the sound system throughout the house. Will def go back and stay in this property!

Gorgeous property. I can’t say enough good things. We had 13 kids and the area was incredibly accommodating to them as far as exterior activities. The property itself is older but perfectly clean and updated. Plenty of bedrooms and space for 24 of us. We had one issue where the hot tub wasn’t quite clean but Jay took care of it immediately. The host also was extremely responsive to our questions and made the overall stay incredible. Red rock roasting company was delicious nearby and highly recommend it. We will be back to this property if in the area again.

We had a really good time at Heather's place. Heather herself is an excellent communicator and was always available and responsive to all our questions. There was an issue that we found at the home and Heather and her team were ready to come out and fix it on Christmas day! How cool is that!?! Shows the level of commitment and care that Heather has. The home itself had amazing amenities for all ages. The arcade and board games kept the kids happy all the days we stayed there. The location itself is in a very new upscale community, very clean and safe. Overall, we would love to come back and stay here and would highly recommend it to all people who are planning trip to Zion and/or Bryce to use this home as their stay location.

This property is a 10 out of 10. The street is quiet and has very few houses. We enjoyed the hot tub several times and the view from there is incredible. The place is spacious, beautiful and nicely furnished. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a nice private bath and master bathroom is incredible. Plenty of coffee tea soap shampoo laundry detergent etc. (I hate when you check into a place and then realize they don't have paper towels or laundry detergent or something and you have to run to the store.) The nightly rate is on the upper end of what I would generally spend, but after staying here I can understand the price. You won't regret staying here. We considered staying in Springdale but having the extra space and incredible view from this house was definitely worth the 20-minute drive to Zion! Not much in Virgin, but there is a nice restaurant called Balcony One, only 1 minute away. Wild Thyme Cafe is great and halfway between the house and Zion. Grocery 10 min away. 100% would stay again
