we had a great time during our stay. we had a large group on a ski trip and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spread out. the caretaker Cathy was super nice and had farm fresh eggs and homemade baked bread waiting for us on arrival. everyone enjoyed seeing the different farm animals around.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was amazing. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with the family and we felt right at home! They have made so many improvements that made our stay just perfection! The refinished basement is amazing and the kids had such a wonderful time playing hours of ping pong! We love this house and would stay here again and again. Also, they welcomed us with freshly baked cookies and a beautiful gift. We felt so pampered and cared for. Truly one of my favorite Air B&B experiences.

Sierra is extremely responsive, understands the ski mentality and very considerate of our group. Thank you so much, we enjoyed spending quality time by the fireplace and of course the super close by Mad River Glen access!!!!!!

Peigi’s apartment is Stowe is every bit of comfort and charm. Such a great location to explore all Stowe has to offer. Just perfect! Thanks Peigi!

Incredible space - only complaint is we didn’t rent it for a week! Luxe details - the beds, the towels, even the smallest thoughtful details made it extraordinary. Jen nailed it, 10/10. My family agreed it was one of the most relaxing, comfortable weekends we could’ve experienced. Truly special. Thank you to Jen for taking the time to create such a wonderful space for guests to enjoy.

Really comfortable place, cozy, clean, and private. Short walk from all the things in downtown Montpelier which is a fun place to be. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Overall a perfect experience.

Great spot to explore some of Vermonts ski hills. Sharon and Mark were fantastic. The Yurk is an amazingly relaxing and comfortable space. Unique and worth the experience.

If you’re looking for a place near the ski resort but not right at the mountain, this is a good option. There are multiple units in this home and we had the “National” one. Super clean and organized with a well stocked kitchen of dishes and accoutrements

A great value for staying right in Stowe. Perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple. Would definitely book again.

Amazing and unique stay! We felt right at home and very comfortable. Great location, close to Main Street and the mountain, but without the congestion. Anna was very responsive and helpful when planning our stay

A beautiful spot near the village of Stowe and a short drive to the ski areas. We were especially grateful for a waking path along a winding river that ran from the apartment to town and also north quite a ways. Apartment was clean, new and extremely tastefully decorated and the location couldn’t be better! Owners were very polite and responsive to our questions. A wonderful New Years mini- vacation for our family of five! Would highly recommend!!!

Thank you Carol for a wonderful stay at your home in Northfield Vermont. The home is beautifully maintained, comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the area, hiking and skiing. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the beautiful property. The home is extremely well furnished and cozy, welcoming and relaxing. We would definitely recommend your home for anyone looking for a great stay in Vermont! I received a bonus service-Carol helped me remove all the snow from my car! What a great host!

I cannot say enough good things about Keith and Erika and their space. They were super flexible, understanding, and made what could have been a semi-stressful, snowy adventure very easy. The casita was fully stocked with everything you could need, the bed was so comfy, and the surrounding land was perfect for a little snowy hike. Thank you again Keith and Erika for being so communicative and understanding! We had the best time :)

Great stay with Kris, we came in late the first night and as soon as we parked the friendly husky Nelson greeted my wife , dog, and I as we arrived. It was snowing beautiful conditions and temperature. When we entered I really was surprised at this size and space of the space. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are really nice. WIFI and TV signal could be spotty at times in the home but overall was really good. I was disappointed that the wood stove was not functional for the stay. Nothing better after a day on the slopes than a nice warm fire. I skied at Stowe both days and had a blast was about a 45 minute drive there. Overall experience was great and Kris was welcoming and very quick to assist. They do a great job and giving you space and privacy and friendly all at the same time.

Janet and Ray were exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts! Prior to arrival, Janet sent a list of local restaurants and activities as well as farm activities we could partake in with their Highland herd. The cows were friendly, gentle, and more than grateful for the attention we provided. Janet and Ray's property offered some quintessential Vermont atmosphere and views. We'll absolutely return and stay here again!

Excellent place to stay for our annual ski trip at Stowe. The house was large for our group of 4. Kitchen was well stocked for a night of cooking. The coffee/espresso machines came in handy for our caffeine fix. Will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are back at Stowe.

Bottom line: I would stay here again. The place is cozy and tidy. Carmin made obvious efforts to make the place welcoming. It’s a good location that’s removed from the congestion of the village center, but you can get there by car in 5 minutes. You can walk out the door and go for a hike. Water pressure in the shower is good. Carmin provides lots of local recommendations. Netflix readily available. Coffee and welcome snacks given. Heater heats up place quickly. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as you can hear any car pass at night. The place is older, and as such has houseflies. They’re being managed, but it’s a little surprising at first. The place is clean. I didn’t find vent fans for the kitchen or bathroom, but there are windows close. The bed is fairly comfortable, on the softer side, but the pillows are noisy. The cookware is a little beat up (missing handles), but functional. We did not use the washer or dryer. Overall good stay.

Plenty of room for our family of five. There was absolutely nothing we wanted that wasn't available in the house. The place was clean and comfortable. Short drive to Stowe base for skiing with restaurants along the way and not far from the town either, but neither is walkable. Stacy was super responsive and friendly. We had a great stay.

Great experience. Property exactly as described and even better. Brand new and well thought out with nice modern farmhouse design/touches. Provided everything needed for an infant including sound machine, monitor, pack n play, high chair, utensils, etc. which was a nice touch for traveling parents. Property is a 5 minute drive from Stowe upper and lower towns, Alchemist and Von Trapp Brewery. 10 minutes up to Spruce Peak. Quiet private street, didn't see any neighbors all stay given surrounded by woods. Outdoor large fire pit a great addition with wood/starter all provided. Spacious for family of four and additional couple. Could likely have an additional couple/family comfortably. Hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Appreciate the hospitality and look forward to returning.

Absolutely beautiful location. House was immaculate and we were so comfortable (party of 8, and often 10 for dinner). Kitchen was extremely well equipped for large groups. Cupboards had so many basic and more sophisticated cooking seasonings. The house was warm and the wood burning stove was a treat. We sledded and hiked on the hills and trails right around us. A true winter wonderland.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will come again! The house is welcoming and charming and had everything we needed. A joyful experience.

Had a delightful stay between Christmas and New Year’s and it felt like our own home—well-lived in and well-loved. The natural light and views were great, our dogs loved the space, Rob was easy to work with and the kitchen had everything we needed down to the same cast iron pans we use at home. A gem!
