This is the place to stay if you are visiting DC. One mile from the Metro. Claire was the best at communicating with me. She made check in/out super easy. The home is even better than the pictures. So clean, comfy and we had everything we needed. She supplied ample towels which was so nice. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and I do believe this was my favorite.

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Georgetown Airbnb! The location was perfect, nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood, and within walking distance to its shops and restaurants. The host had local tips for dining and activities. The space was quiet and felt private, yet so close to all the action. Check-in was easy, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We particularly enjoyed the charm of this older home. Overall, this was an ideal base for exploring DC. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm in Georgetown! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

This is a phenomenal and beautifully renovated house! Convenient for walking to major sites or the metro station! Plenty of room for groups of 6-8. The kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces are just as the pictures show. We lucked out with great weather so were able to enjoy the rooftop deck. Very secure parking with a garage door. Easy to use PIN entry. The were plenty of towels, sheets, paper products and all the kitchen items you need. Loved the many different coffee/espresso options. Our family also loved whatever type of mattresses they were. 1/2 block to a grocery store. Overall a great stay, great house, and hard to leave. Sal was very easy to connect with and was extremely helpful with any questions. 5 stars for sure!!!

Great location and few block from the metro - endless options for restaurants, carry out and groceries. We were able to take the red line/transfer to everything we wanted to do and see! Russell was super responsive and offered suggestions. Very comfortable beds, large home that our family enjoyed and bonus outdoor space. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook a few meals :)

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

This place was absolutely adorable and cozy! Every corner was thoughtfully designed, and the host was incredibly sweet and responsive. The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend, and we'll be booking again!

A perfect 5 stars! Super clean; well supplied with kitchen and bath supplies; very fast response time for any questions that may arise; very nice furnishings; walking going distance to pharmacy and groceries. We would love to come back and stay at Anne's Airbnb again.

John was a wonderful host and our apartment was absolutely perfect. Great location, easy access to public transportation and Uber, peaceful, private, quiet, beautiful area, with everything we needed for a great stay. John and his co-host Reina went above and beyond, from answering my questions about the local area and offering suggestions to help with trip planning, to assisting me with a Walmart delivery, taking the time to make sure my package got inside safely. Fast, thoughtful, helpful communication throughout our stay, and check in and check out were both a breeze. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed—full kitchen, every appliance you could need, plenty of coffee available, extra linens, towels, blankets, pillows…we felt right at home! The back porch was a great place to sit with my morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We will definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay in prime DC neighborhood. The apartment was extremely clean, and we loved having a kitchen for cooking meals. Hudson even provided few items for us (we loved the chocolates!). We used the street parking pass which was great, but DC parking is tricky, and Hudson was very helpful when we had a parking issue. I stayed here with my young kids and recommend this for families!

Had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s during my three days in DC. The apartment was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easy to find. Check-in was smooth and flexible, as Elizabeth allowed me to get in a few hours early as my flight had been moved. Everything was clean and comfortable, and more than enough space for me as a solo traveler to enjoy.

Tom’s attention to detail was impressive. I really appreciated the clear instructions and recommendations in reference to the pull out mattress. Would recommend to others and return myself.

We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

Burke and Sarah were great hosts! It was clean and there were lots of amenities to use in the kitchen for my group who we enjoyed cooking.

Lovely apartment with many great restaurants nearby and within striking distance of DC.

We visit DC several times a year but had never stayed in Bethesda before this visit, and we found it surprisingly pleasant and convenient. This condo was perfectly clean and comfortable and Mark was especially proactive in making sure we had no problems checking in, or out, and he got in touch several times during our stay with suggestions to make it even better. The building is in great shape, city noise was minimal, and public transportation a short walk away. We would happily stay here again.
