Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

My family and I loved our time in DC and Nathan’s home was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was tidy & beautifully decorated! Nathan was a gracious host that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you! Until next time… 💛

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

Michael's house was a great spot for visiting DC. The nearby metro was very convenient to get to the capital mall and onsite parking was helpful for us driving in from North Carolina. The home is smallish (as is normal in that part of the city) but the space is well designed and was plenty comfortable for our family of 4. The cherry tree in front of the house was also in full bloom and made the home one of the prettiest on the block. I would definitely stay here again.

I brought my family to DC for the first time and couldn’t decide between a hotel or Airbnb. I’m glad I chose this Airbnb! Very spacious on three floors so my family of six could spread out and be comfortable. Truthfully, we were out all day for the two days we were in the city so only came back to sleep. I enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store nearby too. The house was stocked with everything one could possibly need if something was forgotten (shampoo, conditioner, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc) and the kitchen had snacks for my family which were devoured. Lovely place that I would rebook if coming back to DC.

This is a beautiful place on a canal i didn’t even know existed in DC. Even with the canal empty of water, which does reduce the charm a bit, it’s still very charming and the location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Georgetown, but manages to be quite quiet. 2 blocks from the river and about a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial end of the mall. Closest metro stop is foggy bottom, about a 15 minute walk. Uber never took more than 3-5 minutes to arrive. We used all of these ways of getting around. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 8 and 12. The two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathrooms. We didn’t use the outdoor area at all since it’s in the alley behind the property, but it’s nicely set up. Kitchen had ask the basics for us to have most of our meals at home, but the sushi restaurant next door (!) and Il Canale, an Italian restaurant about 100 feet from our door around the corner, both gave us great meals too.

Kaleab's home was so beautiful and inviting! It really does have everything you need and more. We cooked almost every breakfast and every night for dinner to save on our trip and it really had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful TVs, the built in shelves and marble kitchen and bathrooms, and Master bathroom. That tub was amazing and I'm only sad I didn't spend more time in it. It was such an amazing place to relax after a long day of walking the sites downtown. Kaleab checked on us every day from before check in until after. And was super responsive to all messages we sent. I saw other reviews about the garage. We have a Subaru outback and got in and out easily. We were there a whole week and we loved it so much it was hard to leave. I will definitely check on this place if we ever come to DC again. Thanks again Kaleab!

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The location was really nice - close to the National Mall, near two Metro rail stations and on Metro bus lines, plus easy to get to trails. We had a lot of tourism things planned every day and it was easy to get where we need to thanks to being close to downtown DC to begin with. We were able to easily take Metro everywhere we needed to. The place worked out very well for us so that our kids were able to have their own bed and their own room and we could spread out with lots of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the utilities worked well in the house. Considering we were near downtown DC and in an urban environment, the place was fairly quiet except for the usual and expected street noise. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was simple to get into the house and we felt safe while there. AJ was great at communication and the communication and instructions were great (we didn't need any additional help during our stay).

It was a good vacation, the house was cozy in good condition, comfortable, the bed was very good for me, I slept quite similar to my bed so I really liked that part. I just wanted you to take into account that large families like mine, which was 6 members, found the bath soap short, but for the rest I was 100% comfortable and happy to have been there and the city was beautiful. I recommend everyone to visit it and stay here.

Nusrat is very responsive to communication & checks in every morning to make sure your accommodations are what you are looking for. Great place to stay if you’re going into DC for the day & close to the metro station. Had a wonderful girls weekend!

Best airbnb experience so far. Everything was great, clean rooms, very safe place to stay with family and kids. And for sure our host Tech is the best! He did everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Daniel has a hidden gem ! It was my and my boyfriend’s first time in DC and this place was perfect! It’s about 20 mins from Downtown and it’s located by a lot of other amazing shops. The place was very clean, we opted for cooking and Daniel had mostly everything including basic ingredients. The Washer/Dryer and Space heaters were definitely a favorite! & we also were able to extend our checkout time by a few hours with no problem! We will definitely be back ! Thank you

Great spot and exactly as described. 2nd bedroom has no door and is in your bath from the primary bedroom to the bathroom. Was a minor inconvenience and something I missed on the description, but a minor inconvenience. Again amazing place and location.

Sparkling clean apartment and great location. We were traveling with our adult son, so it was really great to have two full bathrooms. The deck was our favorite part of the apartment. Please note that it is a basement apartment... and there aren't many windows. We had fun exploring the restaurants - ate delicious Mexican and El Salavadoran food, and loved Elle Bakery.

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!

Stayed 3 days and it was the best three days I’ve ever spent at a bnb, space is beautiful and squeaky clean it’s right value for your money

This house was great. The location was perfect. It's very close to 495, restaurants and other activities. Parking and getting into the house were a breeze. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Gilbert was very responsive to messages before our arrival. Once we were there we didn't need anything from him but he did message to be sure that everything was going ok. Another plus is that there was not a laundry list of things to do before checkout. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat for any future visits.
