The house is beautiful. The host was fantastic. Beautiful surroundings. It was great to sit out on the deck that over looked the river.

We needed a quiet restful place to stay when my mother passed away. Daniel was very accommodating and kind. His place was beautiful and just what we needed to soothe our minds at the end of each day. The house was lovely and very comfortable. Waking up to watch the birds on the water from the bed was an exceptional touch.

From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking lake view from the living room instantly made us feel at ease after our long journey. The house was spotless, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of chocolates left for us. Although we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoors due to the weather, the view of the lake from the cozy living room by the warm fireplace was incredibly soothing. We’re already looking forward to returning in the summer to experience the outdoors. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Dan & Beth.

This place was delightful , very comfortable, beautiful surroundings, right on Lake Michigan with all the comforts of home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of space and room. Overall it was very clean and tidy too. The location is close to towns and places for whatever you want to do such as shopping or getting into a nature park and trail. I was there in the fall and the colors were fantastic but this is a great place for any season.

We stayed here for a group ice fishing trip! The house was very clean, plenty of space, and was easy access for fishing! They made sure our group had everything we needed! We highly recommend staying here for any type of trip you plan!

I can’t say enough good things about this AirBnB! The location is stunning. The house itself is beautiful, super comfy, full of modern updates, beautiful artwork, and incredible views all around. I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed in such nice AirBnB - I definitely hope to return!! The hosts were excellent at communication, their instructions and tips were clear, easy to follow, and highly appreciated. I came to Clay Banks for a solo getaway to relax and recharge for a week, and it was PERFECT. But this place would be equally awesome for families and groups of friends. Fire pit, hot tub, the lake, and the stars… what more could you ask for?! HIGHLY recommend.

This was our second time staying at Blair's cottage and we would absolutely stay here again on our next Door County trip. The cottage feels so peaceful and private with stunning views of Lake Michigan. We loved hearing the lake (and nothing else) from inside the cottage. And it was a 15 minute drive to Sister Bay when we wanted to go out to eat. This is a special place!

This place is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved everything about my stay, I didn’t want to leave. I stayed in the studio cottage, which I highly recommend. I felt safe and had the best nights of sleep in my entire life. The hospitality is impeccable, not to mention how dog friendly they are.

Beautiful lakeside home with spectacular sunrise view from living room and dining area each morning. Clean, spacious, plenty of games and spaces to relax and enjoy the lake or the neighborhood. We are looking forward to coming back later this year. Great for families!

We were only there for a weekend but we enjoyed our stay. Little cute cottage located right on the water. The living room was all windows overlooking the water. A two minute drive from town. Had a great time here and would recommend to anyone.

My husband, toddler, dog, and I loved our stay here. The sunsets here were so beautiful! The cottage felt like home & all the antique decor added so much charm. Check in was easy & Alexandra provided a lot of information on what to do in Door County.

Visited just following the Christmas holiday during a very dreary week in Door Country. Despite the lack of sunshine, we had the best trip…me, my sister and our for teenage daughters. The cottage felt like home and was so warm and cozy for lazy mornings, dinners in and movie and game nights. It’s like a two minute walk to the Main Street in Fish Creek to grab groceries, get a bite to eat or shop at all the cute shops. The water is just as close! Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back this summer!

A perfect cottage for our winter get-a-way. I can imagine it’s even more beautiful in summer. The Cottage is clean, creative and cozy with a large space for gathering, cooking and dining. The property is private, gorgeous and on the edge of Lake Michigan. Our Hosts offered everything we needed and more. Thank you for sharing your space! Highly recommend.

Door County has been a favorite spot of ours for 40 years. Joe and Kate's space was clearly the most private and the most stunningly beautiful surroundings I have experienced and yet just minutes from the "action". I would meditate on the shore of Lake Michigan while the sun came up and went to sleep with the sounds of the waves. Joe and Kate have put a great deal of care into this home and there are whimsical features that you will need to find out for yourself😉
