My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. It was beautiful and so peaceful. Michael and Corrie were very helpful and made our stay so easy. We will definitely try to say here next time we’re in Covington. Thank you for a great time. Cheryl R.

We visited Brittan’s awesome rental for a weekend of dog running at Joes Branch Fox Pen, which was conveniently located about 8 minutes away! We definitely enjoyed the size of the home, very roomy for our large group. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We weren’t too far from Franklinton for food/grocery needs as well. Brittan was an awesome host & responsive! Wonderful home, would stay again!

David's place is one to remember. All of the kids said it was a five star. My middle son travels. He has stayed in many airbnb 's and he said this one was the best one ever. It had everything a kid could ever want. He said when he has kids he will be bringing them here.

A+++ This place was absolutely perfect for our visit and felt incredibly cozy. It had every amenity and kitchen utensil we could have possibly needed, which made cooking our meals so convenient and enjoyable. The sound of the frogs croaking at night from the nearby pond added a peaceful, serene touch, helping us relax and sleep soundly. If I ever find myself in Franklinton again, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay! An added bonus: As someone coming from a big city, we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of light pollution, which gave us the perfect opportunity to stargaze for three nights by the fire on the porch. A truly memorable experience!

Kourtney went out of her way to accommodate our party with additional requests that I had. She was gracious in all of our communications and extremely flexible. The entire property is just beautiful, and these owners have spent time getting the details right. It is easy to feel that you are in a remote, private setting, when in reality, town is 10-15 minutes away. In addition, when our party walked into the farmhouse, we were immediately met with soothing music, a wonderful fragrance, and a beautiful floral arrangement on the kitchen table. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend time with family/friends. We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing property and look forward to booking another stay in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here while our floors were being redone after a flood, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located right on the river, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. One of the biggest perks was that our pets were welcome, which made all the difference for us. The hosts were accommodating and made sure everything was just right. We had no issues at all and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly getaway. Elaine made our unfortunate and stressful life event into a really lovely retreat for myself and my family!

This was our first time in Louisiana. The treehouse was as adorable as the pictures. The pictures are very accurate . Kat is the sweetest, most thoughtful and most helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever had and I have stayed in A LOT of airbnbs . It’s the perfect place to hop into New Orleans and hop back out of big city life into peaceful relaxing seclusion . If you bicycle….. TAKE YOUR BIKES.. to the Tammany trace through Covington ,abita springs and Mandeville . Have breakfast at coffee Rani, and lunch or dinner at the Abita brewery Bring some of your own records or a Bluetooth speaker , and an iron if you pack your clothes tightly … you do not have to pack shampoo or body soap or bath salts to the clawfoot tub .. her tea selection is amazing ❤️ I love this little place .

Our stay was great, Ida was very courteous and we enjoyed the patio looking out on the lake. Unfortunately we were there for work and didn’t have much time to truly enjoy the house, but she has tons of games for entertainment would be great for a family get away.
