I can’t say enough about this precious Airbnb! My fiancé and myself felt like we were a king and queen for the two days we were there. I had some questions and I got responses immediately. We actually wanna plan to make this a place to go as a yearly engagement, Airbnb! We got engaged that weekend, and I was very surprised! And we felt like we were on our honeymoon. It was very romantic, the views were phenomenal, and we wanted for nothing. They had everything for us that we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The little carriage house was quaint, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything worked, and the one maintenance issue that popped up JB fixed in a few hours. We stayed here for the location, just a block from our daughter’s new house that wasn’t ready for guests yet, but the neighborhood is very attractive and there are several good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. JB is a great host. Didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub, alas.

5 Stars – Wonderful Holiday Stay! We had an amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful Denver home! The layout of the main area was spacious and perfect for our family of four, and the rooftop hot tub was a highlight—such a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, just minutes from downtown, which made it easy to enjoy everything Denver has to offer. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even set up a Christmas tree for us, which added such a warm, festive touch to our holiday. Communication was excellent from the start, with thoughtful responses to all of our questions and extra attention given to ensure the space was allergy-friendly. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, including an espresso maker, which was a big hit! This place felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed, and conveniently located spot in Denver.

The description of this slice of heaven do not do the zen of the location justice! Bunnies in the yard-perfect placement of hot tub and “yardage”. I felt so safe and secluded. It is a perfect spot for a concert get away, a work trip, or a trip to zen. Host is accessible and considerate. Thanks for a perfect weekend.

Good place and great host. Wyatt was even understanding and accommodating when my daughter was sick. Like others stated, you may hear pidder padder of tiny feet in the early morning but it's not a big dea if you have kids yourselfl. The hot tub was an amazing touch and we are glad we stayed here. would definitely stay again. As far as cleanliness I'd give it a 7 out of 10, definitely could use some dusting and removal of old soap bars in the shower. Wyatt communicated well when I had a sick kid at home and had to reschedule, but after that the communication sort of fell off when i reached out. Either way he's a nice guy and we definitely would book again.

Jean and Shane were so accommodating. They let us check in early since our flight landed early. Staying here really made our first time traveling with our baby so much less stressful. We walked to Our Mutual Friend brewery and it was a nice walk from the Airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend staying here!

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay! Chuck gave us a quick orientation to the Airbnb when we got there. It was perfect for our trip to Denver & very close to downtown!

Amazing stay, everything was close by, neighborhood was really cute and friendly. Place was clean and instructions were simple and placed anywhere you had a question about things. Host would also reply quickly to any questions I had.

comfortable beds, large kitchen, in a multi-tiered living space. the floors a nooks are eclectic but worked well for our family of two adults, one toddler, and an infant. the pack-n-play worked well and was comfy for the baby and there are plenty of bathrooms throughout. it was a good basecamp for being in the area, and the garage for the car was a nice plus.

Cheryl and her house-sitter, Amanda, were great hosts. The place is just as described and super clean. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood and I used uber to get around. Cheryl and Amanda were very helpful and accommodating.

The place is exactly as mentioned, we felt right at home. It was clean and cozy. We enjoyed that we decided to get a late check out. Definitely recommend for a single, couple or even family of 3 as space not that big but it is comfortable. No bathroom sink but we we managed as the sink in kitchen is HuGE, absolutely loved it. Tama’s place is our favorite place to stay when visiting relatives in Denver. It’s very peaceful and spacious. Easy check in and no fuss checkout complete the package!

Nanci is truly an angel! We were in the Denver area while our daughter was in the hospital here at Swedish Medical Center and she allowed us into her her home with welcome arms! The space is clean, cozy and private. We felt right at home! When we could afford no more to stay Nanci donated a few additional nights so we would have a place to be outside of the hospital! We will never forget this kind soul and the blessing of staying at her space and the fact she went above and beyond to help us in our time of need! My daughter is coming home with us soon but if we are ever in the area again I will DEFINITELY check to see if Nanci has an opening for us to stay!!! We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

We had a wonderful time in Michael's home. We gathered in Denver for a college graduation and Michael's home provided a wonderful environment for a memory making weekend! I highly recommend this home and we'd definitely return. Wonderful setting and beautiful home!! Thank you Michael!

We booked our stay at the last minute due to our circumstance and had zero issues. Rental was homey, clean, beds were comfy and the home was well appointed. Would stay there again.

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

The Art House is a fantastic and welcoming property. Our family has the most relaxed Thanksgiving there. The space is amazing good together and separate space. It is super comfy and Peter was fantastic, so responsive and kind. The art and plants in the house added to the charm. Next time in Denver, we will definitely stay!
