Beautiful beachfront home on Puget Sound with fantastic views of the water and wildlife. We saw whales, a seal and lots of waterfowl through the front windows. A bald eagle sailed by within 15 feet. We spent a lot of time looking out the front windows and on the front terrace at the water's edge. The house is beautiful and well equipped for family time. The main room including kitchen, dining room and living room has a wall of windows looking out on Puget Sound, 15 feet away. We enjoyed great meals at local restaurants. The home is fairly handicap accessible. I have a form of muscular dystrophy and have difficulty with steps and getting up from a seated position. There are a few steps to get into the house, but there are railings and the height of each step is short. There are two comfortable living room chairs with higher than normal seat height. There is a master bedroom and full bath on the main floor. The first floor was very usable for someone with limited leg strength.

We watched the sunset each night and it was beautiful. Access to the beach right across the road. Lovely place to decompress!! We'll book again!!

I walked into this house and instantly wished I lived there for the view. The property is amazing, the house was clean and organized, welcoming, comfortable, and great for spending time with loved ones. The master bed was very comfortable, as well as the full sized bunk beds we had adults sleeping on sharing rooms with their kiddos. Instructions for check-in/ out were clear and easy to follow, and easy directions for taking care of the house and hot tub. We were warned there were a lot of stairs and they could be icy, and they were no problem, just pack light if you can if you want to minimize trips up and down the stairs. We viewed it as a great workout! Thank you for the stay, we will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed staying at Dawn's place. Very peaceful and serene seaside location. We enjoyed a walk along the rocky beach and using the telescope to watch the seagulls play in the water. The fireplace was warm and cozy during cooler, cloudy days. Lovely place!

Our family, three generations from age 2 74, had a cozy, quiet retreat completely with amazing sunrises, views of Mt Rainier, walks on the beach and plenty of space and things to do when inside. Loved our time in Gig Harbor and especially at this gem of a beach house. Highly recommend.

This location and home are exactly what I needed to unplug from stress and I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay any more. I even extended an extra day as I just couldn’t leave. I felt at home immediately and enjoyed just sitting quietly in the deck. Stacy was a great host!

SUCH a beautiful spot! From the pristine and thoughtfully designed interior, to the luxurious bedding, to the hot tub and scenic ocean views, it really doesn’t get any better than this.

The location was amazing!! Nothing like enjoying a bottle of champagne in the hot tub overlooking the mountains and water. Other than the small waves and birds, the house was completely silent. So peaceful. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this spot!

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Great stay at John’s! Beautiful clean space and my friends and I were very comfortable! John was super responsive as well which awesome! 10/10 would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ryan is a great host and was very helpful sharing instructions for where and how to go clamming, which was something we really wanted to do. He was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay. The house was very clean and well organized. The community is very nice with beautiful, private beaches and tons of trails along the bluffs and through the forest. It would be lovely to also visit when the pool is open during the late spring/summer months. We also really loved the hot tub! It's private, right on the deck, and clean/well functioning with clear instructions for usage and adding chemicals as needed to keep it clean. The location is a bit remote if you are looking for super quick access to a city or businesses; but if you're happy with a "retreat" sort of feel, this is PERFECT! And it's not too far to Shelton (or Olympia or Tacoma). We hope to visit again!

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

I needed a last minute extended stay on Camano island and was thrilled with Michael's place. It was very comfortable and has many of the amenities of home. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much since it's the rainy season but still were treated to a few nice sunsets. The back yard would be fabulous in the summer time. We loved sitting by the fire in the sunroom. Michael was easy to work with on short notice and we would absolutely stay there again.

Debi and Russell truly are super hosts! They welcomed us at check in to walk through the unique amenities like the indoor pool, and had us set up with everything for making s’mores at the fire pit. The robes and slippers were a nice touch that made it extra comfortable. If you want a memorable and fun experience with easy access to a private pool, I highly recommend this place! It was also immaculately clean!

It’s not often these days that your expectations are exceeded, but that was certainly the case with this .experience. The home was perfect for our extended family to celebrate a small family reunion. It was well stocked, everyone had their own space and yet the common space accommodated our entire family on the large living room sofa. The views were unbelievable. We could even see Mount Rainier. The indoor pool was an extra bonus which our entire family enjoyed. This would definitely be a repeat visit for us. The host, Anna, was extremely responsive to all of our questions prior to, and after we arrived. One of the best experiences we had with an Airbnb.

Can’t say enough how well Eden (Lifeline agent) corresponded with me to ensure our stay was enjoyable - from time of booking until time we left the house. The Pros: The house was comfy and cozy, including the beds. Little touches made all the difference. From welcoming basket of goodies, to sensor nightlights in every room/hallway to see where you’re going in the dark. And…recycling bins! Only minor Cons: parking gets a bit swampy after rains (all grassy area), and at night would’ve been nice to have lawn lights leading to/from entry door from parking (hard to see if uneven ground in grass). And would’ve been nice to have coat hooks or somewhere for guests to hang their (wet) coats after walking in. But…Would definitely stay at Paradise on the Beach again. No issues at all with Lifeline Rentals.

What a cool spot! So much wildlife nearby. We even saw a bald eagle swoop down and make a catch right in front of the boat launch. Our two dogs were in heaven. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!

This is now one of my favorite places on the planet. I feel so lucky that we got to spend time here. I can't wait to come back! The view is beyond amazing! The house is impeccable. Amenities are abundant. Everything you need is there. The kitchen had every dish, pan, and utensil you could need, along with staples so you don't have to get basics from the store like salt and cooking oil. Everything feels thoughtful and comforting. ❤️ We loved kayaking and watching salmon jump out of the water and seals pop their heads up to say hi! It's very close to hundreds of great hikes and parks, but only if you can tear yourself away from the soft beds and idyllic beauty. It is truly a gorgeous place, a spot of peace in an often-chaotic world.

Great home for our family’s weekend trip. The location on the water is relaxing with nice views and the sound of the waves. House was spacious and well stocked along with comfortable beds. We would recommend the house to others.

A perfect house for 6 adults and 3 dogs. The house was very nice and Kristin has done a great job in making sure you have everything you need for your stay. A beautiful walk to a fantastic beach. I recommend it highly.
