Lovely, peaceful location on the Virgin River close to Zion. Responsive hosts, plenty of space and all the amenities you want!

If you want to avoid the Springdale crowds, this is an ideal place to stay. It's a beautiful and serene setting with a breathtaking view. This was our third visit to Zion and by far, our best. It's worth the short drive to the main part of the park and by staying outside the park, you'll explore the other areas of Zion worth visiting. Cheryl's house is very comfortable with a fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The bathroom is clean and updated. The view of from the bedroom in the morning is incredible. There's a beautiful walk out back to the Virgin River that will be all your own. This is a great place. You won't be disappointed.

Cheryl’s place was nothing short of outstanding. If you want to stay in a quaint, comfortable and gorgeous place, then this is it! It is super close to Zion yet away from the Springdale hustle and bustle! Cheryl was very communicative and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay with amazing views.

We loved our stay at Virgins Retreat. Location is ideal for exploring the area. It is very close to several mountain bike trailheads, including Jem trailhead which you can bike to from the Retreat. Layout is very comfortable and the panoramic view cannot be beat. Great outdoor seating with gas grill available. Either Virgin or Hurricane is a short drive for groceries and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best location on the lagoon! Beach is right in front and you’re very close to the main pool and soda shop. Great views at sunset! Plus the home gym in garage is really convenient if you want to work out on your trip!

Great stay. Was spacious for our family, clean, comfortable beds, and stocked kitchen with all you need to cook. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We stayed here with our family (4 generations) for a gathering place over Thanksgiving. This house is large and very beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool, spa, standup paddle boarding on the lagoon and ping pong table. Its location in Desert Color is perfect as you have a dock directly out the back of the house, direct access thru a gate to the sand and walking path. Pickleball courts and the clubhouse nearby. The kitchen is well stocked with a fridge in the garage. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds and bathrooms. There is lots of room in this house for everyone! The host was responsive and helpful when trying to find things in the home. The directions for check in were clear and easy. I would highly recommend this home for your next family get away to St George!

Amazing property! The home looks just like the photos and is in pristine condition. Well stocked kitchen including spices which is always much appreciated. Loved cooking on the huge Thermador range! Every room is an en-suite, so was comfortable for each party. Loved the backyard. The pool and hot tub heat up quick which was great because we ended up there on a week that was chilly. There's a great grill, corn hole boards, and a gas fire table. Also enjoyed the sound system throughout the house. Will def go back and stay in this property!

Amazing place and host was incredible to work with. We had 3 families staying on this stay and everyone had plenty of space and the resort is absolutely amazing! Thank you for such a great time in a great location! well worth every penny!

This place was awesome and great for our group of people to stay at. We'd recommend it to anyone. Lots of beds and bathrooms and the hot tub and swim spa were great. The community pool area was great as well. Red Sands was awesome and communicated very well when we had questions or concerns. I would love to rent an airbnb through this company again.

Thank you for letting our family stay at your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our time in Washington. The location has easy access to the interstate, which was nice as we ventured out to see the sights of southern Utah. The home itself was spacious and had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy time together as a family. 

Wonderful stay! Being right on the water was exceptional and there was always something fun to do out in the dessert color area. Still close to lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. Beds were clean and comfy!

Absolutely amazing. The host is very responsive so questions. The home was clean and well organized. The community was fabulous and so many fun things to do.

Had to book this place quick after our original plans fell through. Rob was quick to confirm booking and within minutes we had check in instructions. So nice to have the condo on the first level. My kids loved that there were basketballs and the heated pool and hot tub were great. Only complaints were the bunk bed was extremely squeaky and king bed was very firm. But nothing we couldn’t handle. Great stay.

We had a great stay at Desert Color. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy to access. It was also within close walking distance to the lagoon, pool, and pickleball courts. Definitely recommend!
