Kathleen were fantastic Host. She communicated well, instructions were professional and very detail. Best part of the stay was the Newly setup spa tub, we enjoyed it a lot and it was relaxing after the end of the day trip to enjoy it. Thanks and look forward to staying here again !

The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It's in a fairly quied neighborhood and navigating the area was easy. Kathleen was at the residence when we arrived. She was friendly and personable. The place was very clean and functioned well for our needs. We would stay here again.

Great spot, with loads to do in the area, 3 minute walk to a nice restaurant and a view. 5 minutes from shopping and great stores. Will definitely book again.

Beautifully designed house with beautiful wooded views of the lake. The four bedrooms were comfortable with great beds. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Good new hot tub with a great bar/pool table space. Strong central heat with ample heaters so comfortable in the winter.

Great place to stay with fun Venetian theme. Amazing views from patio and master bedroom deck. Very close (walking distance) to restaurants, shops, and our favorite- Scheels. House was very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. Will be staying here again for future trips to Reno/Sparks.

Beautiful home, so clean and identical to the photos. It was a perfect fit for my family of 11 and when we visit Reno again, this will be our home of choice. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay!
