Cathy’s place is great. Comfortable for 6 people. Nice living room and dining room space. Very clean. Great location. Cathy is responsive and helpful. The game console was a bit hit with our kids keeping them busy for hours.

Had an absolute blast! This place felt so comfortable. Modern and gorgeous views of downtown. Although the bar across the street can be loud sometimes, the fresh air from the balcony was absolutely great! I loved the loft bedroom area, it made it seem as though it was a different secluded room completely. Thank you so much from booking this place to leaving. Great customer service and insanely clean! Great place and location , walking distance to the gym, food and bars. Natalie was awesome from beginning to end and kept in constant communication . Clean , comfortable and cozy space and will definitely be re-booking when I visit Reno in the future 🏞️

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

I stayed at a couple Airbnb's in Reno and Sibin's was by far the best. It was set up very nicely. Nice furniture, appliances, etc. Sibin was very fast with responses as well as kind and courteous. It was a quiet building & neighborhood. 10/10 experience!

Paola hosted an incredibly quaint and gorgeous location for me to stay an evening, such a lovely host and environment to be in! Neighbors are lovely as well, please come enjoy this property if you’re looking for a quiet retreat away from life but still close to midtown :)

Lovely place very clean and comfortable. would recommend here anytime. downside was poor curtains letting in the street lighting, and noisy heating fan. but nothing to major.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen and layout of the house was perfect. The office was an additional bonus.

We had a nice stay. The pull-out sofa was reasonably comfortable. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood to get a sense of Reno. Just walk out the door and go right and up a few blocks.

Penny was a great host! She was super responsive and understanding since we had to change our trip slightly due to a winter storm. The space was gorgeous and super comfy and really great for families.

This was a great property and super conveniently located to the Diamond Peak ski area. The views from the upper and lower level are stunning and the hot tub was well situated to enjoy the snow fall and a view of the lake. A couple items to note: the listing falls under the “ski-on, ski-off” filter, but this isn’t quite true - it’s about a 2-3 minute drive to the ski area. This isn’t a huge deal but not a true ski-on ski-off experience. Additionally, the 10am checkout was tough after two full days of skiing. I think the host would have been more flexible if they weren’t booked back to back, but even so, 10am was a challenge. Lastly, we ran the dishwasher a few times but dishes came out with a bit of a smell, which just indicated the dishwasher filter needed to be replaced - not a big deal. Everything else was great! Highly recommend.

Wonderful value for Incline Village! We loved our stay here and hope we can find the time to return next year! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and the fireplace turns up the heat FAST! Everything exactly as pictured. Felt right at home! Close to many grocery options and activities. Thank you again, Randi! :)

Overall great, clean, new, has items to cook, etc... The area isn't the best but no one messed with my family or me, so I cannot say anything bad about it. If you are concerned there is plenty of parking in the front of the unit. At night the place was very quite so if your a person looking for a city vibe, this place isn't for you. I would recommend this place to others and would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Incline Village! The location is perfect—just minutes away from the lake, skiing, and plenty of great restaurants. The space itself was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!
