Our stay at Bill and Helen’s townhome in Incline Village was perfect! The house was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is incredibly convenient, close to a grocery store (literally a one minute walk), dining, and outdoor activities (including walking distance to Lake Tahoe). We immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. Helen was an attentive host, providing clear instructions and checking in on the day of arrival and pre-departure to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this wonderful spot – we would definitely stay again!

Michelle and David were very responsive and understanding. We very were able to very comfortably sleep 7 people. Great location to go ski Diamond Peak. Just one thing to note, the bunk bed room requires the guests staying there to go through the garage to get to the common area/other bedrooms.

The place was very clean. Very quite neighborhood. 15 minute drive to northstar. Closed parking which is great in winter. Easy checkin and very communicative host. The house manual was also very clear and detailed.

We came back for the second time this winter. Although there were some hiccups - one toilet had no water, a window was broken and couldn't be closed, heater was slow to heat up (may be related to the window, Jill apologized and helped us work through the issues. We are not picky guests. We understand that old houses aren't perfect. We would be happy to come back once the window is fixed.

We stayed for 4 nights total and the stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and there’s an even better view from the patio. David was really helpful and responded quickly. Even let us stay an extra night as the prior people had left and it was clean and empty, Letting us really get the most out of our vacation. Thank you David it was wonderful staying here.

The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

Amazing place! Great accommodations and location. Our travel party of 6 people were very comfortable and loved the place. Thank you for hosting us!

Jordy's place was great for our little Tahoe getaway with 4 adults, a baby and a dog! We appreciated the laid-back homey/artsy vibe, that it was dog-friendly, and especially the fully stocked kitchen with condiments, spices, coffee & lots of great cookware. Cooking there was great since restaurants were very crowded this time of year (and more affordable!). Inside was super clean - the outdoor grill and patio furniture was covered in pollen (all those beautiful pine trees!) and needed wiping down before we could use them but we didn't mind too much. The little backyard with the Aspen tree & string lights was a lovely place to have dinner in for the night. Jordy also let us use his private beach passes (for an extra $15/person) and we walked to Incline Beach - it was so easy & beautiful. Excellent location. Next time we will leave the dog at home (not allowed at private beach), stay at Jordy's place again and walk or bike down to the beach during the day, grill at home in the evenings.👌Jordy was super responsive to all our questions too. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. It was wonderful. The townhouse is spacious, clean and everything we needed for our family. The kids had ton of fun even just around the school area. Location is great with a lot of restaurant and grocery stores around. We would definitely come back

Beautiful place near downtown! Easy check-in and plenty of space for 5 people. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is big and has anything you'd need. Everything was clean we enjoyed staying in as well as going out. Walking distance to downtown with many shops and restaurants on the way into town. Easy to get to town if you want to drive too. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay!

Tabitha was great to work with, we extended our stay and she was accommodating. We had a glitch with the house code working after extending our stay. She was out of cell phone range, it was Labor Day weekend. It was remedied after several hours and she was very apologetic. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-10 and 12 y.o.) and skied at Diamond Peak. This is our second stay at Carl's place and we like it a lot. The condo is well furnished, has a nice backyard and is a 2 minute drive to DP. We look forward to staying again.

Andrea‘s place was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean and it was safe. The place was perfect for an adult family of five that skied every day. The location was a super easy drive to Northstar and also to Heavenly. The weather didn’t allow us to go to Kirkwood. Next time, we’ll try to get to the Palisades. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean with plenty of linens. The main living area had a very well stocked kitchen with a large sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV. One of the two patios had a grill. We’ll be back to Incline Village and will try to stay at Andrea‘s place again. Highly recommend this place.

A great place to stay at, very pleasant and welcoming. Amazingly stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen utensils, condiments, emergency kit, flu season supplies extra blankets, even a boot warmer! Very kind host and attentive. We loved it so much!

We stayed here for a month and it was absolutely perfect for us. We were provided with everything we would need for a long term stay. I highly recommend this home. All the photos are accurate and Yoana responded quickly with any questions we had.
