This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Aunt Rose’s place. The living room had comfortable seats and the kitchen was well-stocked.

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. Had a fantastic stay! The private hot tub and sauna were definitely the highlights for me! The outdoor area even has a koi pond that provides such a relaxing touch. The bed was incredibly cozy! The property had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I’d love to come back with the kiddos for a longer stay and to enjoy some lake activities. Highly recommend!

The beach access was incredible for quiet mornings. Well stocked with things to do, it was a joy to watch the other renters take the boats out to fish and relax. The neighbors were all friendly, the neighborhood a short and sweet walk. It was an incredible stay, we ended up extending because we weren't ready to leave! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and though we didn't utilize it, free laundry facilities are always a plus for lake vacations (no more smelly bathing suits on the way home!) The thermostat was straightforward and the wifi connection was strong. No complaints here!

We stayed during the off season but I have to imagine this place is amazing during the summer. We had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake.

Nice interior and the patio is nice, body length mirrors in every room and a fish tank nice place to stay if you have a small family

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Dixie's. My son had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed himself. One of the best aspects of staying at Dixie's is the excellent communication with her. She is very responsive and addresses any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the open kitchen was a great feature. We truly appreciate Dixie's hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very comfortable and felt like home. We would recommend and stay again. Host was super friendly and made you feel like family! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Home as described. Very clean. Walking distance to restaurant and gas station. Homey feel. Loved the stocked coffee bar. First air bnb that I've seen to have an ice machine. Great appliance to have. Comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely recommend. Very nice host.

We had such an amazing time at the cottage! We loved the shallow water for the littles and not having to pack beach toys/accessories. The house was well laid out with plenty of space and perfect for a long weekend on the lake. Best of all, Kraig and Suzy were super communicative and we felt very welcome.

We loved our stay at the lake house! Private enough that you can’t hear your neighbors, but lots to watch from the porch as people utilized the lake. There was lots of hot water, kitchen had most cookware (save a cast iron but we travel with one), and the sleeping areas were cozy. Perfect lil getaway

Lovely stay and views. This location felt private but also 15 minutes from just about anything. The view from the bedrooms up stairs were both amazing. The space in the yard is large and had so many different spots to hangout in. Would stay here again and would recommend.
