We had the most amazing time at Will’s home. It’s exactly as described. The home is so cozy and has everything you could ever need. We cooked in and went to a few of his recommended restaurants. Will was extremely responsive from booking to departure. We hope to stay again. Perfect location and the hot tub and deck are fabulous!

Tom is a super friendly host with a lovely home. We really enjoyed the views from the cabin and the deck amenities (hot tub, string lights, grill). The porch right inside had a great sitting area and view of the lake during the day. This was also very close to a number of things, including Ann Arbor, which was really convenient.

Eddie greeted us warmly and showed us how the house worked. I was there for a dog show it was absolutely perfect for that! Everything we needed was right there and it felt a very safe comfortable dog friendly area!

Where do we even begin? From the moment we arrived, it felt like staying with long-lost relatives who actually like you. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that screamed, ‘We’re overachievers, but in a good way.’ The hosts went above and beyond in ways that felt almost suspicious. We opened the fridge to find bubbly waiting for us (are we royalty now?), and there were chocolates on the counter like they somehow knew our love language. As if that wasn’t enough, we spent an unforgettable evening soaking in the hot tub while it snowed, overlooking the most serene lake view we’ve ever seen. It was like being in a Hallmark movie but without the small-town drama. Every detail was so thoughtful, from the cozy blankets to the recommendations that made us feel like locals. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience we’ll be talking about for years. If you’re considering booking, do it. Just don’t book the weekend we want to come back, okay?

The cabin was beautiful!! The view of the lake was fantastic. My friends and I went to a few of the restaurants that the host recommended and they were amazing!!

We had a lovely stay at this amazing home! It was a great long weekend get away for our family. The home was exactly like the pictured and Shelly’s communication was fantastic. We spent lots of time in the hot tub and playing ping pong. The deer walking through the snow and the beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing weekend! We would love to come back in warmer weather and experience this home in other seasons. Highly recommend!

Highly reccomend, I stayed here with my girlfriend for a couple days and we both really enjoyed the house and our favorite was the hot tub. It was set up very nice with nice lighting and speakers you could connect to with bluetooth. Also the bathroom downstairs is extremely nice. The toilet seat is heated and has a bidet. Also the shower is awesome. We look forward to booking with Keith and Tammy in the future.

We loved this cabin. Real kayaks to use and are easy to access. The yard is amazing, neighbors are nice and gave us tips about the lake. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The house itself is incredibly clean and cozy, and has all the things you need. I read some previous reviews about the water; I can see why it’s surprising to people who have only had city water, but I think it’s pretty typical well water and is fine to use and drink. The owner also provided bottled water.

Great stay. Had an issue with water, but Maxine got it fixed asap and was super responsive. The lake was a little bit of a walk, but there is a golf cart you could rent it needed. The cottage was very clean and everything was labeled very well! Thank you again for your hospitality.

Great central location for visiting family in Michigan - east to get to lansing and Ann Arbor. Peaceful little place to relax

We wanted a peaceful, relaxing and fun Fall getaway and that’s exactly what we got! The Cottage was everything we asked for- simple and cozy! The sunrise over the lake was gorgeous, coffee on deck started the days nicely and warm fires ended the nights!

Amazing place! Even better than expected! Although it says no AC, they have a little AC unit next to the couch and it makes the whole place so cool! We brought fans and didn't even need to use them. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the water were truly breathtaking. I also wanted to mention how I love that we were able to spend it with our puppy, kind of rare to find a nice waterfront like this that allows animals! We will definitely be back next summer.

A Wonderful Experience at Cozy Hosting! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Hosting, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property is located right on the water, offering great views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens, making us feel right at home. I loved spending our mornings with coffee on the deck, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The water was clear, and the deck was even better than described. My wife and kids all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our week. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Cozy Hosting!

This is one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs I have every stayed in, especially for someone who loves to cook! It was also very family friendly, as we had a one year old in tow. It is right on the lake and the view is so peaceful and blue. We came in cold weather so did not experience the water or the busy season, but it was perfect all the same. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Everything - furniture, appliances, etc. - were spotless and in good working order. There were spots to store things, so even though there were six of us (including a baby!) it never felt cluttered or messy. Lots of games provided and the attached all season porch was nice for reading or winding down at the end of the day. 11/10 stars!!!

Such a cute place right on the water. Would love to be here in the warm weather but it’s beautiful in the snow too! Suzanne was such a great host! Highly recommend 😊

We traveled to the area for a wedding and appreciated finding a very reasonably priced place to stay for the 7 of us in our group. The house was clean and owners very responsive. As other reviewers have mentioned, the signage in the neighborhood against Airbnb's made us a little nervous, but we had zero issues with neighbors and the entire time we spent at the house was quiet and peaceful. The pizza place and general store near the house were great stops for food and drinks/snacks when we arrived in town. When our daughter forgot one of her dolls at the house, Greg quickly mailed it back to us which was very appreciated. If we had to do it over again, we would have gladly stayed in the same house.

What a beautiful cottage!!! We had such an amazing time!!! So relaxing Lake time!! Dawn was wonderful very friendly great communication!! We will definitely be back. This was the most amazing holiday weekend ever. Thank you Dawn!!

Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Wish I had more time there to enjoy the lake but we had a tight schedule.

My family of 5 just returned from Holly’s adorable cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with everything we needed. It’s a great alternative to a hotel, having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. And Holly was very responsive!

The cottage was very nice. We loved all the amenities including the toiletry basket. It had anything you may have forgotten. Loved that it came with bath and beach towels, flotation devices for the lake, kayaks, and the family favorite, the paddle board. It made it so easy to pack and go and not worry about what we may have forgotten. The yard is big and beautiful leaving plenty of space for the kids to play.

Very easy to check in. I thought the house had across the street lake access, It did not. A lot of kitchen appliances, not a lot of utensils to cook with. Coffee was provided with a keurig. Nice little cabin.

Very cozy home on the lake! Felt spacious, very clean, and as described! Our family loved the couch, large TV, and view of the backyard. We stayed in the winter so we stayed inside - besides using the hot tub! I’m sure it’s even better in the summer months with the lake. We would stay here again!
