I had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment in Ann Arbor. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It’s part of a beautiful house in a charming neighborhood—quiet and welcoming, yet still close to downtown and the university. The host was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located place to stay in Ann Arbor, this is a great choice. I’d stay here again!

I definitely recommend this place. It was very comfortable, clean, spacious, safe, and convenient. It is only a few blocks to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. Union Rec is right across the street which is nice to pop over and grab a morning coffee or have a drink in the evening without going far. Convenience store across the street really nice for grabbing a new toothbrush, bottled water, etc. Communication/instructions for stay were clear, complete and correct, and we had no need to contact the host during our stay. All went smoothly and we had a wonderful trip. Would definitely stay again.

Apt was brand new inside with a beautiful kitchen. Easy access with parking spot and short distance to many Ann Arbor spots. Marius was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely rent here again!

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and quiet. Easy check-in and check-out. Spacious accommodations. Had a question, and host responded within minutes.

Staying with Net and Sara was an absolute pleasure! Ypsi Escape #2 was well furnished, easy to find, comfortable, and very homey! The kitchen was well stocked to make meals, the bedrooms were cozy, and the bathroom was clean, and well organized. Net and Sara were very friendly and responsive, and I would definitely recommend their place, and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Great location to both Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor destinations!

Roomy apartment on the side of a house. It was an easy drive out of Dexter and we enjoyed the peacefulness.

Stayed here for a UM graduation weekend. Was a great and convenient location for all graduation events and worked out perfectly for our 7 adult guests. Lots of beds and space to hang out.

Perfect house for when in the Ann Arbor area. Within miles of Downtown and stadiums, yet a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Tarik was very responsive when I needed something after check in, the place was well stocked, super comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

This home was cozy and comfortable. Just what was needed after surgery. Very quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and well stocked with Kitchen ware, glassware, pots and pans. Even many spices. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and bedding. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

This was a delightful place and we'd definitely try to stay there again! The hosts were so nice. We had a few questions and we got a rapid, helpful response each time. It was a very nice place, quiet and clean. The beds were super comfortable and i hope we can stay there again when we come to visit our daughter at school in Ann Arbor.

We absolutely loved staying at Julie’s place. Everything was so comfortable and welcoming. The area was private but close to everything. Our dogs were able to stay with us and all of us were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is lovely and has a small wood behind which makes it feel very peaceful. Great location and walkable into central Ann Arbor. Peter is a thoughtful and attentive host. Absolutely recommend.
