The apartment was very clean and close to NYC train. Felt safe and roomy. The host was very responsive and helped with directions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Ira was super responsive and helpful ! The place was perfect for a weekend staycation! The view in the morning of the sunrise of the city was phenomenal ! The free parking in the lot across the street was great as well! The place is a nice size and the bed was comfortable !

It got everything you need for a short trip, truly feels like your own home! The plus point is it comes with a dedicated parking spot. Really appreciate all the attention to detail, highly recommend this place !

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

My family and I loved it. We had a great time ! we were able to check in with no problem and check out with no problem. We were never bothered by staff or anyone. It is a place to be back to ! I was in NY for a week and didn’t fancy being in a hotel room for 7 nights. Wanted a bit of freedom to make toast/dinner and stretch out etc. Helen’s place did the job, and only four blocks from my office. Easy check-in but then a bit of a weird entry to the apartment but don’t be put off - it actually means you can’t hear the going ons in the hallway. Helen warned me about music from a restaurant and whilst I heard it I have to say it did not interfere with my stay at all. You won’t get better location/price equation in NY I would suggest. Thanks Helen worked perfectly for me.

This was our best stay on Airbnb! The condo felt more like a 5-star hotel than a typical rental. It was chic, modern and exceptionally well-designed. Watching the sunset over the river from the living room was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Location was ideal with easy access to the some of the best restaurants, boutiques, NYC attractions and Central Park. 
What made our stay even more special was Alex’s hospitality. Her welcoming and friendly manner added a personal touch that made our visit truly exceptional. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and fabulous home!

Such a clean, comfortable, inviting place to stay!Harris met us when we first checked in and helped us feel comfortable- it’s great to meet your host and have them walk you through where to find what you need. We loved the delicious restaurants and awesome bars nearby and walkability to the subway and stores. Super easy to get from Brooklyn to Manhattan in this location. We also had a minor emergency and Harris was very responsive even late at night - which is exceptional! We would definitely stay again. Great host!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described and boasted stunning decor that made the whole place feel warm and inviting. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality. I had misplaced my wallet, and Aly went above and beyond by finding it and returning it to me without hesitation. Her honesty, attention to detail and genuine care made my stay worry-free and memorable. I can’t recommend this host enough.

Communication was amazing. I have to make known the house was beautiful. It was like a big clean maze, very spacious very elegant and I like that because I’m very bougie. Lol I would definitely come back which I am in June!! But I have to say the architect is beautiful. I want to build something like this for my second home.

The house is easy to locate and check in was seamless. There is ample space for parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles, many updated amenities and room for a large group. Godfrey was very responsive, accommodating and provided support to any inquiries we had. There are many restaurants and things to do within a short distance to the surrounding areas.

⭐ It truly felt like home! Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided when we arrived. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and in a fantastic location. The neighborhood was peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, “Face,” was outstanding—always available, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Honestly, this stay deserves more than a 5/5 rating. I’ll definitely become a regular guest every time I visit New York!

It was nothing short of amazing. My mother and some family were in town for a family event and there was a problem with other airbnb causing cancellations. Mikail was able to accommodate us within a hour. It was beautiful and the stay was short but cute. Wonderful conversation. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place! Such a nice trip back to our beloved Long Beach. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations, which made our trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Long Beach!

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.
