If you need a place to get away from it all and submerge yourself in nature, this is it! The sound of the waves constantly rumbling with a rainbow in the middle of the ocean and butterflies flying by was an average day. I loved how you can open all the sliding doors and have no separation from nature. I do recommend sleeping with the mosquito net every night, even when there doesn’t seem like a lot of bugs. I made the mistake and went one night without sleeping with the mosquito net because I didn’t think the bugs were bad and I woke up with 27 mosquito bites on my face. The kitchen is great for cooking it has everything you need. There is a small hike to tutu beach below the house which was nice just be careful of all the rocks. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend!!!

Steven was an amazing Host. We initially wanted to stay at his Margaritaville unit but it was sold out. He immediately recommended Limetree. I’m so glad I agreed. The resort is peaceful, the beach is lovely, and the pool has a great view of the beach. While Margaritaville has several pools, the beach is unavailable. Limetree was perfect and as a sister resort we were still able to visit Margaritaville resort. The rooms are spacious, modern updated and clean. The location was 15 minutes to everywhere locally. I would definitely book with Steven again. It will not disappoint. I look forward to viewing some of your other properties Thanks Steven. Nikki.

We loved every second of our stay! The accommodations were perfect and the view of the ocean was incredible. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. It was so fun to have all of the wildlife around us - there were countless iguanas! We really enjoyed the restaurant and market. We even scheduled an Oceanside massage (which we highly recommend)!

This was a stunning place to stay in, and the view was possibly the best on St. Thomas. It was blissfully peaceful, yet perfectly located to find some of our favorite beach spots. The kitchen was very well appointed, and the provided beach chairs and towels made it even easier to enjoy our vacation. Having laundry on site was a huge plus, as well as a generator, since we did have a brief power outage. Morning yoga from the balcony was like being in a living postcard. What a perfect place from which to celebrate a milestone birthday! I’m sure we will be back.

This place is beautiful and peaceful! Jaqueline was so flexible with our checkin and answered immediately if we had questions.

Loved staying at Lime Tree! We stayed at 2 places in St. Thomas. This one, and one at Sapphire Beach. Lime Tree has a more secluded beach. It's small, but beautiful. If you're more into amazing view than getting in the ocean, this is great! There are some reefs around to snorkle (rent from the shop at the resort), but other than relaxing and eating, there's not much to do immediately around. The grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again for a lazy, relaxed retreat.

The place was beautiful. The views were breathtaking definitely will recommend for any couples traveling or all girls trip! Definitely coming back for carnival and will be renting again

Linlies place was cute. Good size for 2 maybe 3 people. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen amenities etc Great location on hills overlooking everything.. Nice quiet area w 3 pools and beautiful views. A few restaurants in walking distance. Close to all the beautiful beaches on the east side of island. Close to red hook for bars,restaurants, shopping and ferry to st john. Would atay again

This was a great place to stay. We felt right at home and was able to cook and enjoy the evenings. The view was incredible with easy access to the beach. Just a few steps. I had a little difficulty finding the home when it was dark for the first time, but after that, it was great. The back patio is amazing. I loved the high ceilings and the loft and there’s plenty of room for six adults to sleep . actually the couch folds out also so eight could sleep . The dishwasher was out of order but was no big deal. The beach was rocky and great for collecting shells and beautiful sandy beaches are a short drive away.. We loved it and would be glad to come back.

I can not say enough words about how perfect this airbnb is as this is the best one we have ever stayed at!! Waking up to this breath taking view every morning was the highlight of our trip to St Thomas. The set up of the entire place is based of making the best experience for the guest. We were able to check in early and check out late because our host was so flexible and accommodating! She had everything set up to help the guests (honor system bar, extra toiletries, snacks, towels, beach supplies, etc) to make this stay as relaxing as possible. The photos do not do this place justice as the views are unreal in person. We hope to be back again!

The space was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views that were even better in person. The best part was that the host was super thoughtful by providing beach equipment such as towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear so that we didn’t have to rent those at every beach. Despite the difficult drive to get to the location (it’s technically difficult to drive anywhere because of all the steep hills, sharp turns and narrow roads), it always felt worth returning to this peaceful and private getaway at the end of the day. We highly recommend renting out this location especially if you have a party of 4 because it was the perfect accommodation!!!

Wonderful place with a wonderful view. Parking was tight but island roads are tight in general. Wish I was still there!

The view from this house was just breathtaking. We saw beautiful sunrises every morning. House was beautiful too with gorgeous views from the bedroom windows. Beds were also super comfy! A lot of personal touches made this house so easy to stay in. We had beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and even sun screen stocked. Groceries were preordered and waiting on us from the get go. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay. We have memories we will never forget! The property manager Tarcia was great too. Gave us great information about the house so we knew where everything was and how it worked. Thank you so much Tristen, and Phil and Keri. Luvland was such a wonderful Oasis for us during our trip to St. thomas. The home design is absolutely beautiful and we adore the aesthetic. A very private neighborhood, this house also has spectacular views. We cooked many meals in the wonderful spacious gourmet kitchen and enjoyed our meals looking over the sea and listening to the ocean waves.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Great for families. Amazing amenities and overall a gorgeous and unforgettable place to stay. Needless to say, I cannot wait to return to the beautiful island and hopefully get to stay in this beautiful space.

Condo was extremely clean & comfortable! Very well stocked with the necessities. The house manual was helpful. We enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend. We loved Mims restaurant -food was excellent.

Our balcony overlooked the water and it was beautiful. We walked to the beach and restaurants from our place. The island is small, so even though this complex is remote within a few miles of everything you need.

Our stay here was fantastic. The view alone makes it worthwhile but the excellent accommodations, peaceful neighborhood and easy and friendly communication by Mark was top notch. We thought we were going to go out to eat at night but grilling on the deck and having dinner with the lovely Caribbean breeze as the sun set was just perfect. Strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious visit with incredible views. (Watching the iguanas from the deck was part of our entertainment each day). We will be back!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo right on the beach! It was clean and just such a cute place that had pretty much everything that you needed. So nice having a stackable washer and dryer also! And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We left the sliding door open every night and listened to the waves as we fell asleep. The best sound ever! And just loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the ships drive by. Loved every minute of our stay here in the Virgin Islands and we will definitely be back! 😍

We had an absolutely amazing time. Sara’s place was incredibly beautiful and the pool and beach were amazing. Sara went out of her way to make sure the place was stocked with everything we could need. We loved the games and puzzles and had an overall relaxing week! Would highly recommend her place!

We can’t say enough about how joyous it was to stay at Nikola’s villa, the place was immaculate and so incredibly beautiful! We had such a great time in St. Thomas and the flexibility of the jeep rental made our time so easy and memorable. We got to check out so many things and can’t wait to explore the island again!
