John was a very responsive host. His house is lovely and the views are incredible. The location is great with lots to do and see within walking distance. We would definitely recommend booking and are hoping to return ourselves sometime in the future

The cottage was freshly renovated with a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and windows. The garden, yard and outdoor furniture were very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated well and was very responsive. The setting was very quiet and peaceful. We travel a lot and this was home was one of oour favorites.

We had an amazing stay here! Check-in was a very easy, Jean was incredibly flexible and accommodating. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, making it perfect for a large group looking to enjoy a peaceful weekend in the countryside. The surroundings are beautiful, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Jean even left us some treats, which was such a thoughtful touch! Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

The property is exactly as described, spacious, clean and came with all the required facilities. We were visiting with family and friends and we had a great time. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for sitting and storage. Can accommodate multiple car parking. The town near by has a large SuperValue in case we need any essentials. Overall we had a great time. Thanks to Mary for prompt response and guiding us. Highly recommend the place.

We booked Miriam's place for a wedding in Aherlow House Hotel and it was absolutely perfect! Our bridesmaids stayed in the house and my wife got ready for our wedding there! The views were beautiful and Miriam allowed us to check in early so that my wife would have plenty of time to get ready. it made our day so much less stressful! thank you so much!

Our stay at Ewe cottage within Ballymaloe was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst breathtaking surroundings, the estate offers private walks that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in nature's beauty. Access to the hotel swimming pool and restaurant was exceptional, serving incredible food and adding an extra touch of luxury. The cottage itself was pristine, well-equipped, and incredibly cosy, providing the perfect retreat. Robyn as a host was excellent, exceptionally responsive with clear communication and kindly offered lots of recommendations which made our stay even more special. If we could offer more than five stars to the review, we absolutely would! This is a real gem that we cannot recommend highly enough. We can't wait to return!

What a fantastic place this house was - a real home from home! Antoinette thought of everything. As winter guests we couldn’t avail of the fabulous outdoor facilities such as bbq and outdoor seating but we did enjoy the comfort and coziness of the wood fire! I would love to go back some time in the future

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were attentive and friendly. The kitchen utensils were great for cooking and we were appreciative of the tea and coffee left. The bathroom needs airing out there’s some noticeable damp/ black mould that could do with being fixed The rest of the flat was clean and the location is stunning and quiet. If you are looking for something commutable to Cork it’s a slight walk and bus/ otherwise you’re looking at taxis/uber We would definitely stay here again

such a lovely couple. very welcoming and friendly. as it was our honeymoon they left us a card and bottle of wine and an Easter egg for our son. we felt very relaxed and cosy staying at Paddy and Anne's apartment. thank you both xx

We were greeted by Tom and Marie at the Cabin. They showed us around and were very pleasant. The house is a 7 minute walk from the beach, its beautiful. There's a hill down to it, so it's a good out on the way back up. We were a 5minute drive from Blackwater village. We used the bbq the whole weekend and the fire pit. I would definitely go back.

We absolutely adored our stay with Denise. The place is stunning, and the view over the adjacent fields and farmland was gorgeous. Denise was so lovely, she even had homemade scones waiting for us on arrival, and the fire set for us to enjoy later on. This spot is perfect for a couples getaway and time to unwind.

Katie's place was amazing. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy, welcoming and had so much charm. The grounds were gorgeous, especially the firepit and little dock by the river. Katie was so accommodating and her recommendations for local attractions were next to none. Honestly, the photos don't do this gem any justice. I highly recommend!
