Compact studio for 2 persons, 10 minutes from Amsterdam. Beautifull view over the pastures, the tipical Dutch 19th century sight located in a unique wild reserve. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is no full kitchen.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Na een inspirerende dag in Amsterdam, is het heerlijk 'thuis' komen in dit originele appartement, dat gebouwd is in een oude hooiberg in het dorpje Watergang. Waar alles aanwezig is voor een ontspannen verblijf voor 2-4 personen. Zeer geschikt voor een fijne vakantie of lang verblijf. Gratis fietsen voor elke gast en gratis kano's en een kajak beschikbaar. Ook is het mogelijk om een motorboot te huren of om zelf met de gratis kano het beschermd natuurgebied in te varen.
