The house was cozy and clean! The drawback to the house was the creakiness/squeaking of the floors, doors and sliding glass door when shutting it. It would scare our dogs/kiddo whenever we would open or close any/every door. Otherwise everything went smooth and was just what we needed! Backyard was perfect for dogs, but it’s pretty muddy right now with melting snow so we did our very best to keep the mud at the door/get them wiped down before coming back in! I wish the tub was in better shape to help bathing kiddos easier, but we made do! Good location as well!

Scott is an awesome host!! He is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to any questions we had! I highly recommend and we would come back again!! Great experience!!!

She was a great host and had a beautiful place. Very well taken care of and loved the hospitality. She was super helpful and quick messaging back! Overall had a great stay. Would recommend!

Great place! Very close to UNI. Pictures don’t do it justice on how great of a place it is. For a couple or small family, you won’t find a better place to stay.

Wonderful layout for a couple families, adults upstairs with King beds and own bathrooms while the kids enjoyed the lower level! We will book this again! Thanks again for the wonderful stay over Thanksgiving!

Nice tiny apartment in a great location. It is near everything you could need. The apartment is small, but well equipped for a short stay. Denice is a fantastic host! She is super responsive and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure everything was great for me. My only complaint was the internet was a bit spotty at times. I work remotely, and it didn’t cause any real problems, but it was a bit annoying with video calls. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

Nice place for weekend in Cedar Falls.

Great place to stay while traveling for school. Host communicated well with me and accommodated me well when I needed to switch rooms closer to the router for faster wifi connection for my school work.

“Absolutely Amazing Stay!” Staying at Judy’s Airbnb was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra attention to detail, like the fresh linens and plush towels. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed, yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet, relaxing escape. Judy went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, offering great communication and quick responses whenever I had a question. What stood out most was the little extras—snacks and drinks were provided, It’s clear Judy genuinely cares about her guests’ experience. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Judy, for such a memorable visit!

Denice was amazing and very accommodating

I would definitely stay here again if available. There were five adults and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was very nice and matched description perfectly. Very close to water park and amusement park so really a great place to stay in the summer. Neighborhood was very quiet and, had weather been more cooperative, would have been a nice place for walking.

Absolutely loved our stay at the blue house. It was the perfect location of in town but had plenty of privacy and backed up to the woods. Such a cozy home and was perfect for the group of 6 of us. We were also very pleased with all the “extras” the house came with. Specifically all the access to baby things (crib, high chair, baby spoons, etc) as we travelled with an 8 month old. Cannot say enough god things!

Great house! Very clean, crisp linens. Instructions clear. The house feels very bright with lots of big windows and makes it a more enjoyable experience.
