Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

This was our second stay and we fully plan to return. The place is very nice and large enough for people to hang out not just a place to sleep. The stay is always easy, restful, and enjoyable.

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Our Family get together was a major success! Ned was friendly and kind and made the check in process as easy as possible. The entire home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures and the amenities were exactly what we wanted from the pool table to the Hot Tub it was all amazing, and we had more than enough room to accommodate everyone and made so many memories. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

This was our second time staying at this house, and it was everything we wanted it to be -- again! Tim was available, responsive, and helpful. The house was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. We had a lovely time and hope to stay here again some time.

Perfect location for our winter visit to North Conway area with 2 young kids! Close to skiing, restaurants, and attractions. Plenty of space for us and a well stocked kitchen so we could cook some meals at home.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

What an absolutely amazing place. Pictures actually don’t do this place justice especially in the winter with the snow oh my gosh it is gorgeous! It’s quiet and secluded on a huge plot of land but close enough to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, which is always important for a little bit longer of a stay! My kids and I used the zip line which was a BLAST when it was snowing. Went sledding on the hills of the property and otherwise just hung out and enjoyed the views and hot tub. The walking trails were fun too. We literally didn’t need to go anywhere with all there was to do at the house including video/card/board games. We are already planning our return trip for next year I cannot wait!! Oh and of also - the host Mason was attentive, responsive, and kind!

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

Our family of 11 stayed at Judy’s place for the weekend with multigenerational family members from the ages of 2 to 82 along with our 2 fur babies. There were so many games, toys, books, a multifunctional pool table and arcade games to keep all of us having fun all weekend long. So much so that we only left the house Saturday evening to go to dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve large breakfasts and dinner. The dishwasher and washing machine are an added amenity that we loved having. As soon as we entered the home we were grateful for so many hooks and boot trays to accommodate our outerwear. God willing we will gift this weekend away for our children, grandchildren, and in laws again next year as their Christmas gift. Thank you Judy for supplying a wonderful home for us to make incredible family memories.

This was a wonderful and homey place to stay. The location is great and loved the view of the woods out the back. The host was super responsive and very helpful with communication. The place is very roomy as well, so we had lots of space to spread out. The neighborhood was very quiet.

We were an extended family on a ski getaway. The location was great, close to downtown and Cranmore Mountain. The house was clean, set up was great plenty of room and the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The owners went above and beyond when we had car trouble on the day of checkout. I would absolutely recommend them for your next stay.

We recently had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 70-acre estate nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect blend of opulence and natural beauty that this property offers. The expansive ridge-line views were absolutely breathtaking, stretching as far as the eye could see—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Speaking of coffee, the on-site coffee bar was a delightful touch, with high-quality coffee provided as a welcome gift, ensuring our mornings started off on the right note. The relaxing hot tub was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas after long days of skiing at Loon Mtn a short 12min drive. For entertainment, the game room was a hit with with my family—featuring a beautiful shuffleboard table, a brand-new air hockey table, and even a pool table. We truly enjoyed our stay!

excellent location for getaways / vacations! very large and fit everything and everyone easily. you get more then what you paid for especially with town being a short 5ish minute drive from the property. Host left easy instructions and made sure to let us k ow to contact her if need be. Will definitely be considering thos property anytime I vacation in NH.

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

A fantastic rental property for a family or group of friends. Plenty of relaxing space and sleeping space. We had a family of 5 and had extra beds! The home was so cozy and the mountain lodge vibe fit right in with the mountains surrounding the area. So much to do within a VERY easy walking distance, including restaurants, pubs and cute little shops. Very close to the Ice Castles attraction and local ski resorts. The house is well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, including setting you up with coffee and tea to get you started as well as spices and condiments. There are games available to give you some fun activities when you are at the house and a hot tub. There is a laundry area which is great after skiing or so that your family can pack light. Very clean, beautiful decor including a cozy electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance in the primary bedroom. Such a great location and the hosts are great to work with! Can't say enough good about it.

Our group had a great time at this place. The house was as described and so were all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and access to the marina across the way. The house had mostly everything needed for a comfortable stay! Especially enjoyed the small selection of DVDs for entertainment. Easy walking and driving distance to lots of activities and places to visit. The kitchen did not have salt and pepper and simple essentials for cooking so just make sure to bring your own. Overall had a great time and loved the space, would return for another stay next year!

We loved staying at Abbey's home. This house is in a perfect location with great views of Cranmore and the valley. Skiing, shopping and dining are minutes away. The home is spacious and the hot tub perfectly maintained and easy to use. Even with all the snow we had the walkways and deck were well cleared and safe. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare our meals and the appliances are all new and in great condition. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage even more than our teens did! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy! Can't wait to visit again soon!

Paula was a great host, loved the amount of space to accommodate 6 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and 11 y.o. and a tiny puppy w/o having to worry about alot of over the top expensive "things" that could be broken so we actually got to relax. spacious, homey. 10 mins from king Pine Ski. Kids loved the toys and character sheets, plenty of bathrooms. very attentive.

Staying at this beautiful house is as comfortable as being home. Plenty big for a long weekend with the whole family and conveniently located to Owl’s Nest if ever attending an event there. Sharon is very responsive, friendly and accommodating!
