Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Heritage Villa near Airport in Negombo! From the moment we arrived, Chandrika, our host, was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property was in excellent condition, exactly as described in the photos. The beautiful and spacious garden was a highlight, perfect for an evening walk and relaxation. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The beds were extremely cozy, allowing for perfect sleep, and the washrooms were spotlessly clean. This villa is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we would especially recommend it for long-term stays. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Isur’s place. The host, who speaks English, is very friendly and welcoming. We were served with very good traditional breakfast.The place itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend! Especially for those coming from Colombo airport, since the place is conveniently close.

We had a really pleasant stay at VillaMore. The location is ideal for those seeking for a calm place to isolate from the world. The house was very clean and comfortable, the terrase and the yard with a fantastic view to the ocean were our favorite place to hang out. Beautiful sunsets and very nice beach 20 meters from the house. Susan and Ravi were extremely helpful throughout the entire period of arrangement of the trip and the stay. Friendly, responsive and very nice people. Ranjith and Jayanthi living right next door were always there for help. Our family is very grateful for this memorable one week.

This villa was a very pleasant place to wrap up our trip. Pool was lovely and very clean. All three bedrooms were beautiful and clean and luxurious feeling with modern touches. We were very comfortable here. house was wonderful, we would stay here again.thanks for the team ❤️

I found this as one of the best vacation home as a group. This place had just everything.. private pool, party room, barbecue rooftop, open-air coffee room... I’d highly recommend

Gorgeous villa with an amazing view of the lake and lots of space for four couples. The housekeeper, Dileep, was so proactive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering drinks. We had an amazing barbecue on the last night and the food they cooked for us was always incredible, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka! The downstairs is open to the outdoors so expect some wildlife (geckos and mosquitos) - overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms and a pool with a perfect temperature!

Really nice host and really nice place. Worth the money

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich von Ashan und Nimal empfangen, die uns mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßten. Die beiden waren unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich – jederzeit hilfsbereit und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Gastfreundschaft: Ganz spontan zauberten Ashan und Nimal ein köstliches Mittagessen sowie ein BBQ mit landestypischen Zutaten, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – unsere Wünsche wurden nicht nur berücksichtigt, sondern übertroffen! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, die Außenbeleuchtung schafft eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, und der kleine Pool war perfekt für eine entspannte Abkühlung. Sogar als wir spontan eine Fahrradtour machen wollten, kümmerten sie sich darum, dass die Fahrräder bereit und fahrbereit waren. Alles in allem: 5 Sterne PLUS! We had a great time at the villa. It is very close to the airport and was a great place to settle in to our Sri Lanka trip. The caretakers are super helpful and the food they prepared (to order) was wonderful! The pool is well maintained as well. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and public transportation. The host was very hospitable and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Ich habe mich in Saraths Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es sind nur 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen, was es zur idealen Unterkunft nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug macht. Es ist auch nicht weit nach Negombo. Auf Wunsch gibt es Frühstück und auch Dinner - beides war wirklich toll! Serviert wird auf dem schönen Balkon mit Blick in die üppige Natur. Ich kann Saraths Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
