Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

I booked the home for 6 adults and 2 kids, and we had a wonderful 5 day stay. We spent our days swimming in the pool (long enough for laps!); lounging by the pool drinking tea or reading or playing board games; indulging in the most delicious meals cooked by Manjula; listening to the waves crash on the beach that’s a small coconut grove away; or taking naps in the comfortable beds in our airy bedrooms, which were beautifully decorated. Evocative of the Geoffrey Bawa style (a Murad Ismail masterpiece), this style of home may be the best way to enjoy all that Sri Lanka offers. The garden is beautiful. We rarely saw any mosquitos (I still sprayed my kids), despite us spending most of our time in the open veranda/lounge by the pool. Manjula is an excellent chef and cooked a bday lunch for 20. All of my Sri Lankan relatives - the toughest food critics of all - loved his food. Crab curry, hoppers, kotthu roti, chicken curry done 3 ways, butter cake, we had it all! We hope to be back!

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

His responses were lightning-fast, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck!
