I loved my time here, apartment is more than spacious and a gym that’s ideal. There’s a 7/11 directly across the road and a nightmarket maybe only 2 minute walk. Mai was also very kind and responsive. Can’t recommend this place enough, if I’m ever back in Bangkok this is where I’ll be looking to stay

It was a wonderful stay for me. Her apartment was clean and had most amenities. You can make use of the kitchen to prepare your own meal. Her apartment location is near to a BTS and there are plenty nice restaurants and massage place near her apartment. Praravatee is very responsive and friendly personality. I would highly recommend her apartment.

Daryl is a fantastic caring host and his accommodation is a perfect place to make you feel right at home! All amenities and facilities are perfect for a stress free stay. Most recommended.

Good location about 10 mins drive to Icon Siam, has 7-11 nearby. Host Tara very kind and helpful.

Max’s apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Location was amazing - near a park, BTS station and shopping district but still quiet and peaceful! The biggest disappointment was the pool area which was very “unfinished” and had no shades nor chairs where to chill. Host was very helpful and responsive

Fantastic place! You really get a fresh modern apartment with all the necessary things like washing machine and a small kitchen! One of the best beds I have ever slept in, fantastic WiFi and incredible support from the host when I had questions! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Bangkok, this is your place!

Great huge spacious apartment, Has 2 balcony's so you get a great cross breeze, its an older style apartment but with that comes the space. The place was clean and had everything you needed for a long stay. Location wise its not near the main "touristy parts" But its near the yellow line which connects you to the green Sukhumvit (10 min walk) or short grab bike. But that's the appeal of the place you are with the locals. There is a tops across the street and a local morning markets around the corner. I was working remotely internet was great and huge table was a bonus. I would happily stay here again and Krittiya's is lovely host one of the best out there 10/10

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great apartment, super location, will definitely stay again.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Bangkok. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist der Wahnsinn! Check In und Check Out verliefen reibungslos. Ami ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

I enjoyed my stay at this cozy apartment. The host, Bersiwan, was incredibly friendly and communicative — he personally greeted me at check-in and quickly addressed any questions I had, again in person, which was super impressive. The apartment felt so homey, like staying at a friend’s place, and the location was amazing—just a short walk to BTS St. Louis, with a convenient 7-Eleven right around the corner. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples, and having laundry facilities plus a balcony for drying clothes was a huge bonus. The sunset views were absolutely magnificent! Although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, having it on-site and security guards around made me feel extra safe. One small thing— since it’s next to the gym, you might occasionally hear the gym door creak, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. Considering the affordable price, convenience, and excellent host, I’d stay here again.

Salvatore and dannie were very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 4. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Salvatore’s. Definitely will be back again.

Nos tocó pasar el terremoto en el edificio, fue todo muy seguro y el personal predispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar en cuanto a la seguridad del edificio. Por otro lado disponía de todo, aunque no había tenedores!!!! Por la calle de atrás puedes acceder fácilmente al súper y es muy bonito, aunque no hay veredas para caminar es súper seguro. Por el ingreso de adelante estás a unos pocos metros de una arteria principal y todos los comercios y medios de transporte. Amé Bangkok, su gente el barullo y el orden en el mismo desorden, lástima el terremoto, pero así todo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gracias por alojarnos en su dpto.

The host was very open and helpful with his communication. Very easy to talk to and the condo was described accurately. Would recommend.

Was great experience in bangkok. I took grabs so a little bit far from other famous sites but if you take bts, it will be great location. Everything was clean and above all, the hosts responded so fast with kindness. Love to stay here again

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.
