As always it’s a pleasure to stay in this particular location condo. The condo was in very good condition, all the needed toiletries, linens etc. I felt right at home upon checking in. The host was very responsive and clear with check in / check out instructions. I highly recommend

DiscoveryHome is the best place to stay in pratunam area. Just by walking you can find many tourist destinations, shop and taste typical thai food. Highly recommended.

Thunder war ein herausragender Gastgeber. Sowohl vor unserer Ankunft als auch während des Check-ins nahm er sich viel Zeit, um uns alles Wichtige ausführlich zu erklären und die drei miteinander verbundenen Gebäude zu zeigen. Der Komplex bietet drei verschiedene Pools, einen Entspannungsraum mit einer großzügigen Regendusche, einen Whirlpool sowie einen Eisraum. Zudem gibt es einen privaten Kinoraum. Obwohl wir eine Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-in ankamen, durften wir unser Gepäck bereits im Zimmer abstellen und uns direkt an den Pools entspannen, während das Zimmer noch gereinigt wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

everything was great about this place. the best part was the office desk chair so I can work on it in peace. the condo neighbours are also very quiet and I really love that there is one 7-11 downstairs and a bigger one just outside. super accessible to thonglor. while there is no cleaning or drinking water provided, the gym and pool are also well equipped. the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spotless and there is zero smell. I also love having a laundry machine so I can do my own laundry for a 10-night stay. the condo is well built too - during an unprecedented earthquake there was no cracks or fallen plaster AT ALL. all in all i would recommend this for a solo workation.

The apartment is beautiful, located on the 25th floor with great views of the city. The pool and common areas were fantastic. Location wide, it is located in the Asok Rama 9 area, close to shopping centers and the new Jidda Fair location, very convenient!! Would recommend!

I was so happy to stay at this airbnb. 10/10 . A lot close by, 7/11, restaurants. Clean. Comfy bed. The host was amazing and responded very quickly. They even left us complimentary breakfast which was such a nice touch. Having a washing machine was very convenient. Amazing river view. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about my stay here. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

The villa is so luxurious and clean, it exactly matches the pictures! Doni was a great host, responsive, friendly, and very proactive. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, we'll come back again for sure! ☺️

We sought a centrally located place and found this unit, which appears to be a former storefront converted into a 2-storey rental. It comfortably accommodated my family of 8 with clean beds and bathrooms (one resembling a dormitory bathroom with 2 shower stalls and 2 toilets). As we did not have a car, we didn't need parking facilities. The street leading to the unit is quite narrow. We had to supply our own toilet paper and a few other bathroom and kitchen essentials. The kitchen had packets of instant coffee and bottled water in the fridge. There is a cute patio area and a washer/dryer. Be aware that the unit is on a busy intersection, and traffic noise can be heard throughout the night if you are a light sleeper. We had to pay for our electricity during our duration at the unit. Thank you for hosting us!

The place is very comfortable and feels like home. will surely book next time we get back to Thailand! easy access to the city and lots of food stalls nearby.

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Lalida’s place is absolutely amazing! This is my second time staying at her home, and once again, I was so impressed. Every one of her homes is beautifully decorated with such creative and inspiring ideas. She is truly one of the most creative women I’ve ever met. I feel happy and comfortable every time I stay at her place. Without a doubt, I will definitely come back again if I visit Thailand. Highly recommended!

BeeBee is very helpful with her guests, always responsive by message. We had a good time in her fresh and modern apartment; a bit far from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood with the metro accessible within a 5-minute walk. We had all the necessary equipment, even a hand fan gifted from her. Thank you very much!! (Your home perfume smells so good)

10/10!!! Excellent host, responded very quickly when we got a bit confused with the check in process. Santi gave us clear and concise instructions. Flat was in pristine condition. The view was phenomenal, could see the whole city skyline from bedroom and balcony. We loved the location, was a really authentic Thai experience, surrounded by locals. Not a tourist spot but we liked that. Lots of cheap and tasty food markets on your doorstep. Bouchie coffee shop and KFC downstairs. Easy walk to water jetty pier and quick drive to local train station. We didn't use any local buses but there's a local bus stop outside. Plenty of options to get to the tourist areas. Use Bolt for taxis, we found Grab a bit more expensive. Safe condominium with very switched on security staff outside the building. They were very welcoming too. We did not want to leave Santi's place, was gutted to leave but we are already talking about coming back to this condominium in the future. 100% recommend!!!

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Every detail was well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We would love to return in the future!

Peter and his wife were amazing hosts, making their Airbnb feel like a home away from home. Even before our trip, Peter checked in to understand our needs and remained super responsive throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we could see the care put into every detail—spotless, cosy, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, fruits, water, and even laundry detergent. The panoramic sunrise views were breathtaking! Midway through our stay, Peter even asked if we needed anything topped up, which was so thoughtful. The condo is secure, family-friendly, and perfect for concertgoers (near Impact Arena), medical visits (many good hospitals around), or those wanting to stay close to Don Mueang Airport. Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests.
