This cottage on Lake Pewaukee was a perfect place for our visit. We wanted to spend a few nights close enough to my mom's house that she could visit and spend some time with us on a trip back home after moving away from Wisconsin, and this place was wonderful! The deck was lovely, even in colder weather, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a taco dinner and enjoy a night of games and quality time. I loved that there are two king beds and two full bathrooms. Pet friendly also for our two small dogs! Ample parking was great since we had a truck and a trailer. Kristen was responsive, kind, and professional- we will definitely rent here again and may make it a regular stop!

Emily’s place was great for me! Exactly as described. Emily was very nice and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. I slept great during the day as a night shift nurse and felt comfortable.

Kristen was a great host. I had a question about the heating and she got right back to me. The house is cute and perfect for our family stay. I would have preferred a 2 night minimum stay as we had to book an extra night we didn't use

Great little spot. There's a lot of vegetation in the lake so some of our party was reluctant to go swimming, but the private beach was perfect and we really appreciated use of the kayak. We had a great time staying here, and it was particularly nice to feel like we weren't in town but be able to walk a couple of minutes to town to get ice cream.

Our group of seven stayed for 4 nights and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything about our stay was 5-star and everything we were seeking: private, peaceful, comfortable and the hosts bent over backwards to assure that we were taken care of. We hope to make many return trips to the Mukwonago lake house in the future!

Magical home. You and your Ohana will enjoy every second here. This home is so comfortable, well stocked and has an impeccable feel throughout! It is as it says it is! We enjoyed our stay. We hope to book in the summer time to enjoy the lake and home more. This has the most perfect location and the home amenities are above and beyond, gracious!

The house was perfect! Last minute some friends and I decided to do a quick getaway while on spring break and Toninas house was more than exceptional! The garage was so cool with all the games and sitting area, the house is easily walkable from the lake, and Tonina responded to me with great suggestions on where to eat and other activities to do for our specific age group (21-25) and some other family friendly suggestions. She is a great host and has a lot of knowledge of the area! We’re already talking about plans to book for the summer when the lake is open!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful home in wonderfully relaxing setting. Great for a getaway from it all and very fun to have kayaks, pedal boat and paddle boards. Jenna is so responsive and caring that she beat the amount of time I’ve ever waited when calling for something from a front desk at a hotel! Fantastic host!

This stay is amazing for quiet mornings with coffee on the deck. It’s right on the water with the ability to kayak and paddle board. The amenities are amazing and it’s the perfect place for a couples getaway weekend. Close distance for day trips to Lake Geneva or concerts at Alpine Valley!

Angela’s place was very clean and cozy. The Lake view is beautiful. Angela was a great host and was very responsive when I had questions. Highly recommended.

Connie’s house is a beautiful find on a small lake in southern Wisconsin. If you’re looking for a retreat from city life, this is the place. The home is comfortable and cozy with a great patio and a great game room. We really enjoyed the fussbal. We were there in the winter, but I’m sure the lake provides plenty of activities in the summer. Overall, a great option under 2 hours from the city. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and very welcoming. We booked it for a peaceful, quiet weekend and it perfectly delivered. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Angela was very responsive and her recommendations were super helpful. Definitely check out Ledge Park; it was a highlight of our trip. This was a great rental and we would definitely return.

Tiffany was extremely accommodating and responsive with every question my wife and I had. The location was beautiful, quiet and there was lots of activities to do in the surrounding areas. The lake house itself was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay!

Marina's lake cabin was the perfect getaway for our family. She was extremely responsive and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed and all of our questions answered. The home is stoked with all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed streaming movies, eating at the large dining table, sitting by the fire, playing in the children's nook in the loft, and even a workout on the peloton. Brown's Lake is a great getaway and our family expects to visit again.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin. I would gladly stay here again if we return to the area.

What a beautiful rental home. We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was able to have their own bed and two bathrooms was needed with that many women. Beautiful home and absolutely perfect for our camp Bach theme!

I stayed at the canal cabin for an extended time while working in the area…wow! Hunter was the most amazing host! Very thoughtful and responsive but also respectful of your stay! The location is so charming and I’ve never stayed at a more pet friendly rental! The host supplied little touches for my pups that made us feel so seen and welcomed! I simply cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back as soon as possible. Take advantage of the beautiful outdoor area and walk the neighborhood while you’re here, I highly recommend! There is a wonderful walking trail heading into town as well that we frequented during our stay. I also have to make mention that the bed is wonderfully comfortable and you’re sure to get a great nights sleep!

Loved this trip and we will absolutely be back. The cabin was exactly what my partner and I needed for an easy weekend getaway with our dog, Leo. Great view of the lake and beautiful trails right out your front door. Short drive to Holy Hill / Ice Age Trail hiking.

We had a peaceful, pleasant stay at Kringle Cabin. The space was cozy and clean, and Steven and Rachel were very responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we had a positive experience. The location surrounding the cabin also contributes to a relaxing environment. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful cabin and location! Host was accommodating when I needed to add guests after reservation. The views were breathtaking and area was very relaxing! Would definitely book there again!
