Great stay at Cedric’s place. Work visit to Muncie for a 10 day stretch that made a hotel stay untenable. I needed peace and quiet with home like atmosphere with all the amenities needed to cook, do laundry and rest in the daytime. 3 apartments in the house and the Casa de Cardinal is the main apartment. Being on the main floor the temperature was very stable and the air conditioning was nice but not necessary all the time despite daytime highs nearing 90 degrees. The house/apartment has character - I found it to be spotless upon arrival, well appointed for amenities - kitchen supplies, laundry or an abundance of towels and bathroom supplies. The adjoining units were vacant during my stay and the area was very quiet while I was on property. It’s a Muncie neighborhood that is close to Tillotson and a good grocery store which made it very convenient to resupply. Met Cedric and think that he is a great host and even better person - would recommend him and his apartment to anyone.

Peaceful stay at Vladimir and Kelly’s place. Easy to find, spacious, quiet and spotless. We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed checking out Kelly’s local recommendations. We would definitely stay again if we were visiting this area.

Place was great for our purposes The location is excellent. Simple inside. We did not use it for anything but sleeping, and we were quite happy with the short walk home from a night out on High St.

Great place to stay on High Street right above the bagel deli. Very noisy as expected. What I wasn’t prepared for were 7am church bells. Perfect place for mom’s weekend!

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

I stayed here for a month during work and it was a very nice place to relax. Plus everyone around was super nice, and the restaurant right across the street was good.

Utilized for a long term living situation. Great host with a great space!

You cannot beat the location of this Air BNB. I visited for my son’s fraternity mom’s weekend and I was able to walk everywhere easily. I was a bit worried the location would be loud, but it was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable and clean. The only suggestion I would have to improve the place would be to provide a few more kitchen items like knives and cleaning cloths. I had to borrow a knife from the Den to cut my limes. But other than that if you are looking for a quiet clean and convenient place to stay, this is a great!

My son and I were traveling for a swim meet at Miami. The place was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. We both slept great while we were there and didn’t mind the 15 minute drive back and forth to Miami to enjoy the serene location. The place is attached to the main house but the separate driveway and entrance on the opposite side of the house made it easy to forget it was attached. The property was quiet and relaxing and we look forward to staying again when we are in town.

We had a fantastic experience at Omotolu's incredible Airbnb, close to downtown Greenville, OH. This loft met every expectation, from layout to cleanliness, making us feel at home! She provided excellent support and went the extra mile to accommodate a few special requests. Given our trip's purpose, this alleviated one of our concerns and was a blessing. Throughout our stay, she was very responsive, knowledgeable, and gracious. My wife and I have decided this will be our go-to spot in town. Thank you very much, Omotolu. We genuinely appreciate your home and hospitality.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable, great location, quiet and nicely decorated. The snacks and local recommendations were appreciated. Lots of off-street parking. We used the pull out bed and it was actually comfortable! Definitely recommend.

This was just what we were looking for. Mainly a place with a spa, some place NOT in the middle of many other houses. The house has other tenants connected to the house, but this was never a problem. We love that the spa was INSIDE, as the days we were there, it was cold outside! We love the shared backyard; we never saw anyone else outside. We did see five deer the field behind the fenced in yard! The area is peaceful. And though it's "in the country", it was never too far from where we needed to be. The drive was peaceful and traffic-free. The house itself was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv in the back spa room to work, but we enjoyed being able to log into streaming on the reg tv in the living room. We may have to come back next year, and if so, and if it's available, we'd definitely stay here again! Also, we had an issue with our car and she was able to recommend a reputable mechanic in the area!

the place just what they said. the house was bigger then we though it would be. house was very clean . the lake was a great + . we will be there next year two weekend. its a place stay. MIKE R.

Came for the eclipse! Beverly wasnt jacking up her prices like everyone else. Big plus! Wanted small town atmosphere and friendly people. Thats exactly what we got! Nice area, pretty scenery, quiet town, good food, friendly people. Stayed 2 nights. House is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for 4-5 people. Would highly recommend!

I can't say enough about my stay at Ned and Bonnie's place with my good friend Chris Livingston. The location was perfect for our needs. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and easy to get into. I will definitely stay again and would recommend the Bagel and Deli room to anyone traveling to Oxford. Thank you again.
