Beautiful home! The 'family room' was super comfy, kids spent a lot of time with Young Sheldon on the flat screen AND the POOL! The pool was the game changer for the kids - water babies couldn't get enough! The shower in the main bath was awesome but the sauna probably got more action than the pool!! Loved it! Kitchen was well equipped etc.. we had a GREAT TIME!

The house was really great, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. My only critique was that there was no television anywhere on the property. All in all if they added a TV, I would absolutely stay again!

We had 12 ladies stay here for the weekend and it was very spacious and comfortable!! We had the best time!! It was a very rainy dreary weekend, but we had plenty of fun and comfort here! The indoor pool was the perfect relaxation after a long day of bowling!! We would do love to stay here again in the future!!

This house was beautiful and was great for a family/friend visit. Lots to do inside and outside. We were there in the winter. Would love to visit in the summer for a long weekend to get on that lake. The view of the lake was very nice. Jenna was very accommodating and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chery'ls place. It was so well organized and provisioned, with everything we needed and more! Cheryl was very responsive when we had questions. Being there was peaceful and easy, just what we needed.

This home is more than just a place to sleep. The yard is tranquil and beautiful- a mini escape! The house is so adorable with great amenities and attention to special details. Beds are comfortable and communication was excellent as well!

Hoot is a friendly and helpful host, and his cottage is cozy and comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could need, and we made full use of it while there. We especially liked that the cottage is just across the street from Earlham College. We will gladly stay with Hoot again when we’re in town.

Mara is a great communicator, providing detailed instructions about the house as well as suggestions for local restaurants, activities and places to walk our pup. The house was great home base for our visit to see family in Richmond. We had everything we needed and the house was comfortable and very cute. We thought it was a great value and would be happy to stay again.

Pros: comp. Bottle of wine! Communication good. We loved the mansion, especially My teenagers!The details in the woodwork are beautiful as well as each room’s own unique details and artwork. I was worried the mansion might feel cold, but we were completely comfortable with lows in the mid 30s. Checkout relatively easy with the normal, simple requests. Our family loved the foosball table in the game room! We had a hiccup with thinking the batteries were dead in the remote to the TV but were told there is a light switch at the entrance to the room that needs to be flipped on and that solved the problem! The neighborhood itself is unfortunately going downhill, but that’s out of the Airbnb’s control. My mom and I walked and felt safe but you can tell the area needs some love. The yard was well kept. We definitely enjoyed the pickleball court! Cons: kitchen table was unstable (but it’s an antique) and the lighting in the kitchen was a little dark. We would recommend for a unique experienc

This is a really nice home in a convenient location near Earlham. Cheryl is very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again when we visit.

Beautifully renovated small house, with all new perfect furniture. Bedding particularly comfortable. Soft sheets, though the bed was so high I had trouble climbing in and getting out. I am 5'4/5. It appears that the forced hot air comes up only in the living room and kitchen, and heats the bedroom and bathroom only indirectly. I felt chilly in the bedroom and bathroom, while keeping the heat at 75 on the thermostat in the living room. The coffee, creamer and cookies ready for my arrival made settling in a comfort. A very quiet street, but located footsteps from the best Pizza in Richmond (I went to college there). And footsteps the other way lead to the nature reserve. But over-all this was a really fine stay at a fair price, and would stay there again if I came to Richmond.
