You have to experience it to believe it. The wow factor of walking into your home and seeing The Lake was so special. The drive through the onion and soy farm was such a cool experience. We knew we were somewhere special. Unique. We feel like we won an Airbnb and VRBO contest for the best and most beautiful find. It is private, more than you could ask for... deer, bald eagles, and all the other birds. The boats - not that many, but plenty to stare at. The sunsets. All 13 we saw. Every one of them was special. The house has everything you would need. A very thoughtfully laid kitchen and the baths were new and clean. They were loaded with beautiful towels and shower soaps. We had three stormy days while we were there, and we had such a memorable time. During the rest of the stay, we had the sun with us every day and beautiful September weather in the 70s. My family and I wanted a secluded area but not too far from what we wanted to do. This was the perfect place. The town, with a great pizza place and homemade ice cream was 10 minutes away. It’s not a far drive from the chimney bluffs. Definitely recommend visiting those if you stay here. This house had everything and more. We stayed in October. The place is very cozy and the foliage around the house is beautiful.

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

This place was divine we were able to have our wedding events and they were extremely flexible with the vendor arrival times. We felt right at home the space is great!

Very nice home. Felt like a real vacation for my family. Most definitely will be coming here in the future for some more family fun.

Really beautiful inside.

Great location! Walked to beach everyday and swam in beautiful Lake Ontario....walking distance to several restaurants. Small place but cozy, clean, and comfortable. Amazing deck view...perfect for a couple. Went on a few hikes in the area and a zoo 30 minutes away. Internet was a bit spotty but worked 90% of time and Katie had solutions so all was well. Katie was responsive, easy check in and i highly recommend for a lazy beach getaway!

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

Scott was a great host - super helpful & friendly. The Airbnb was ideal - big space and huge garden. Perfect for the dog!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so beautiful! The house was well kept and beautifully designed! This was in a great location, if you want you can walk to anything! Host was responsive and gave us great instructions. Check out Jacks Tavern for delicious food and great service, the Mexican restaurant is well rated as well! The Sodus lighthouse is a must to go see! Overall a 10/10 stay! We will be back in the summer!

Scott’s place was exactly what we needed! Planned a weekend fishing trip up around the Bay Area and this spot was the perfect distance from everything. Will be staying again!

The place was extremely comfortable with anything you could want to include laundry detergent and Keurig coffee pods. It was spotless and fresh with comfortable beds and air conditioning (for the hot weather while we were there). Walking distance to the beach and all restaurants! Would definitely stay again;-)
