This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

Great location. Very centrally located in Palmyra. A lot of history around. Maybe 50 yards from the EB Grandin printing shop. Comfortable stay. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, AC/heater, hot water, spacious. No issues. The only thing I couldn’t tell previously from the pictures is that the two bathrooms are on the separate end of the house from the bedrooms. Great place to stay if visiting Palmyra! We were very happy with our stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so beautiful! The house was well kept and beautifully designed! This was in a great location, if you want you can walk to anything! Host was responsive and gave us great instructions. Check out Jacks Tavern for delicious food and great service, the Mexican restaurant is well rated as well! The Sodus lighthouse is a must to go see! Overall a 10/10 stay! We will be back in the summer!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. It was super clean, accessible to everything we were doing, and so comfortable. The hosts were on top of communication and very kind. I absolutely loved the character of this home and could not believe how spacious it was for our large group. We came to tour the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sites and everything was minutes away. The beds were all so comfortable, it was well furnished, and it truly felt like home, which is hard to come by with some airbnbs. Our group absolutely loved the character and original finishings of this home and it also had all of the necessary updates for a comfortable stay. There was a park down the street our kids went to to play, grocery stores, and a cute bookshop down the block that we loved. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we hope to come stay again!

Spent two weeks at Twin Rock while waiting for my apartment to become available, had a great stay. Clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.

This is honestly the best Airbnb stay we have had so far. The place was exactly what we expected, it was clean, it matched the photos, it was a great size for our family… But what stood out to me the most was the amenities and how well stocked the house was. I honestly felt like I was right at home. Typically, these rental homes have very few things inside. The kitchens hardly have anything to use, there aren’t always enough extra linen, there’s never enough toiletries… But Andrew’s place had an abundance of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked. I literally feel like I was at home or at my grandma’s house! There was everything you could think of to use, more than enough linens, toiletries, condiments, feminine hygiene products, even a pair of extra snow boots! There were fantastic toys available for my 3yr old. An art desk, buckets of toys, board games, sleds… I could go on and on. Definitely a 10 out of 10! We were extremely impressed and would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous farmhouse in the country. Would love to see it in the summertime when the orchards are in bloom. Even in the winter, it was very peaceful and picturesque. we had a girls night overnight stay with seven of us. The house is just totally charming and very spacious. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the large living room where we spent most of our time. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. I would definitely recommend!

You have to experience it to believe it. The wow factor of walking into your home and seeing The Lake was so special. The drive through the onion and soy farm was such a cool experience. We knew we were somewhere special. Unique. We feel like we won an Airbnb and VRBO contest for the best and most beautiful find. It is private, more than you could ask for... deer, bald eagles, and all the other birds. The boats - not that many, but plenty to stare at. The sunsets. All 13 we saw. Every one of them was special. The house has everything you would need. A very thoughtfully laid kitchen and the baths were new and clean. They were loaded with beautiful towels and shower soaps. We had three stormy days while we were there, and we had such a memorable time. During the rest of the stay, we had the sun with us every day and beautiful September weather in the 70s. Cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. We recharged over the holidays at Michelle's comfortable and clean lakeside home. The view of the lake during the day can't be beat. And at night, we enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub. Be sure to try Cam's pizza in town. Everything worked as intended and Michelle was very responsive. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Our second time staying in the house. Our kiddos call it “the good place.” We love everything about the house. We will be back, again.

Staying here was such a delight! It was myself and 4 kids staying at Heidi's place, and it truly couldn't have been better. The location was amazing and beautiful. What really made everything incredible was how well the house was stocked - outdoor and indoor games, kayaks, grill, hot tub, plenty of towels, snacks and condiments, books, all the cooking utensils you could ask for. It was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, private spot. Clean and spacious. The first Airbnb in which I’ve stayed whose kitchen had everything needed and wanted. We were there late winter but I can imagine it is wonderful during the summer with the pool. Close to Wegmans; within 30 minutes of Rochester museums and Canandaigua Lake.

Gorgeous place and even though the weather was misty, view of the lake was incredible. I’d definitely stay again! Only thing to be aware of is the shared driveway with the other rental property. 4 cars of theirs to our 2 was a bit crowded. Otherwise I highly recommend.
