Phillip and Karen are wonderful hosts! Very responsive, thoughtful and kind… The house was immaculate! Lovely amenities provided, well stocked with everything needed for an amazing stay….felt like a home away from home… Our two small pets loved running around the fenced backyard space…the area surrounding the home is quiet and peaceful…the wraparound porch was perfect for sitting and relaxing… Highly recommend these accommodations and amazing hosts!!

Beautiful home! Kitchen was fully stocked with every tool we needed to cook. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. Great place to stay for a few nights!

We stayed at Elm Farm for a long weekend to visit family in the area. The listing looked great but didn’t do justice to the place. It’s spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The homegrown syrup and eggs, coffeemaker, and candy dish were wonderful bonus touches. We will definitely be back!

Have stayed here a couple of times and love it every time. Great place to stay and great people!! Highly recommend this place. A++

Brandi is one of the best hosts I have had. Responsive , helpful, and very friendly. Clean place right off the highway. I can’t thank Brandi enough for how helpful and she responsive she is. Felt right at home!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house was clean and welcoming. Carol did a great job keeping us informed about the check-in process and available amenities before we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with extras that were so helpful during our stay. The location was walking distance to the shops in Berlin, which added so much convenience. Will definitely visit again!

The location was in a good neighborhood with easy access to the places we needed to be during our stay 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—being close to family. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great tips for the area. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a home away from home! Looking forward to returning!

We stayed one night and would consider returning again. Pros: comfy bed, in a beautiful home & neighborhood, convenient location that was walkable and close to things to do, very cute apartment, Hulu & Prime accounts already set up, thoughtfully stocked with amenities (distilled water, ear plugs, first aid kit, etc.). Cons: no blackout curtains so bring an eye mask if you need it darker to sleep; has some internal soundproofing needs (sounds like upstairs is on a radiator heating system, which was quite loud several times throughout our stay, and a couple of times including in the middle of the night there was a terribly loud crunching sound from above - not sure if this was a dishwasher or washing machine or trash compactor, etc, but it was VERY loud); and the flooring is bubbling in the bathroom and between this and the raised bath mat, I kept tripping and hurting my toes. Would be more likely to return if I knew the cons were addressed!

This charming little place is just as described. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to kick back and relax. Christine is a thoughtful host. She had the place warm and cozy up on arrival. From the toasty fireplace, to the loaf of homemade bread. We definitely recommend the stay.

Super quiet area, perfect for hiking during the day and coming back and resting and relaxing in the apartment at night. Wonderful space and a very clean environment! The only thing I would recommend is to have more blankets in the house.

Robert and Joanna were very very quick to respond and I actually fun to talk to!! The rental itself is private, even though they live upstairs you barely hear them. The unit was very homey and comfortable. We had a lot of room to spread out, which was something that we really enjoyed. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were the best of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And oh the towels. We had a ton of towels and washcloths. And that is so appreciated!! We ended up staying in the area because of Cuyahoga valley national Park……. And the recommendation for the diner was outstanding. So ask bob and Joanna about that! I think that may be the best breakfast that I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant in my entire life!!! Overall, it was a great visit, a great rental and they seem like super fun and friendly people ! 10 out of 10 would recommend🥳

Had an absolutely amazing weekend get away with my close friend his wife and my girlfriend everything was so beautiful and absolutely quiet thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place !!💙

It was a PERFECT getaway for us and our dog. We grilled out, enjoyed the surroundings and had a peaceful weekend. The deck is beautiful and was my favorite place to sit. There was a ton of things to do, lots of games and hot tub. Any questions we had, Mark answered immediately. We enjoyed everything about it.

This was so clean!! We have stayed in many places and this was by far the cleanest! Peaceful area and easy to get to other places in Amish. The place had everything we needed and so cozy!!

Great cabin! This year marks the 10th year of our friend’s cabin weekend getaway and this cabin was perfect. The location was great, the host was very nice and the amenities brought the weekend together. The only downside was that the bedrooms upstairs are connected and you will have to walk through to get to the bathroom. So keep that in mind. Again, great cabin and would stay here again!

Everything about this place was amazing. Hot tub was clean and functioning perfectly. Plenty of towels for everyone. Kitchen was supplied with cookware and utensils. Everytime i had a question, the host was prompt to reply. Back off the road. Besides some random cars out on thw main road, we never saw another human. The kids went to the pond and quickly were able to catch bass. Would definitely recommend!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. The inside of the home was very clean and felt very welcoming. The added small touches of snacks, coffee and water was pleasantly welcomed and appreciated. This place was a wonderful escape for the kids and I to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. I highly recommend staying here.

We were really enjoyed our stay. It was well worth what we paid for it. It was really private, quiet and peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. There was also plenty to do in the area.
