Great place to stay. The home was beautiful and clean. There were 6 of us so this place was perfect for our group of people. Very close to Capital Reef National Park.

Mary was a great host, and we loved the house! I live in kind of a noisy area, so getting out into the country side that was dead silent (outside of cows mooing, which I loved), was exactly what I needed. The house was amazing, very clean and stocked with everything we needed, and so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mary!

Lovely place that was well-decorated and free of clutter. Appreciated that it was dog-friendly with a large (unfenced) yard. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views, and huge back porch to relax on. The wind was absolutely relentless at the airbnb during the entire time we visited, so we were bummed that we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space. Only thing we didn't like about the place was the lack of black-out curtains, since it feels uneasy that anyone could see into the house at night. We also wished we had been tipped off that there are no restaurants, grocery stores, or coffee shops open during this time of year (November to March??) anywhere nearby, that way we could have been better prepared to stock up on food/supplies in Moab on our way in. Google was misleading because we researched ahead of time, only to find that everything was closed. All that aside, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your place!

I thought this was just a small cabin, but oh boy looks can be deceiving. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! This house is spacious and well thought out. It was perfect for 4 adults to sprawl out in the living room, to watch football on a Sunday, after a long day of hiking. Sightseeing and restaurants are super close by and the house was an incredibly easy check in. I would stay here again and absolutely recommend to others

First off…wow…what a spot. It’s rare to find such place close to town and yet so secluded. Perched on a rise below the cockscomb on a HUGE property with 360 degree views ranging from snow capped mountains to the expanse of the Colorado plateau. There with literally the feeling of no one else in the space before we even entered what can be described as nothing short of a villa. The weather was perfect and so clear we could see the freshly snow capped rim of the San Juan mountains of Colorado distant on the horizon and oft mistaken for faraway clouds. The grassy lawn facing East brought a feel of oasis in the wilderness. The single floor plan layout is delightful with windows and light abounding. The master suite faces the sun and moon rise with a full view and excellent darkening shades. The most understated feature is the walk in shower with four narrow vertical windows in an arc to the south. The kitchen is well equipped and the west side of this villa is sun soaked and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts had excellent communication and were very helpful. Place is just like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked as well as bathrooms. Great place to stay when visiting Capitol Reef. We would stay here again.
