A perfect place for a short weekend getaway! Very peaceful, but never boring - the location was perfect for a mix of revitalization and adventure! I came here for a girls weekend with my friend and it was just perfect. The unit was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. I 100% percent recommend these hosts!

I left something there and Emily let me come back hours later to pick it up. She was very understanding and flexible :)

I was after a peaceful and comfortable place that I could enjoy both inside and outside. This was the perfect location! Inside was cozy, well equipped, and felt safe. Outside was beautiful and comfortable. Truly met every one of my expectations.

The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed with everything needed for a short getaway. Susan communicated timely information and instructions for checkin and checkout. A very pleasant place to stay when visiting Staunton.

This was our second stay, and this time it was for an extended rental period. Brittany & Cory were hospitable and conscious of meeting any needs we had. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies and extra cooking appliances. The washer & dryer was so helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our time in this quiet, rustic, cozy basement AirBnB. It met all our needs.

We had a great trip! We loved the house. It had everything we needed! It was well stocked. All of our questions were quickly answered. The driveway was plowed for us as well. We had a two wheel drive vehicle so this was helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone! Thanks for a great vacation!!

We had a great time at this airBNB. It was private, quiet at night despite some neighbors being close by. The house is better than the photos! It was perfect for our group getaway with the games downstairs in the basement. we explored local wineries nearby. would recommend this home! Next time we come back to the area we will try to stay here again! Lisa is a very responsive and helpful host.

We had a fantastic stay at Joanne’s place! The home was impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained, making it one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. The decorations are absolutely beautiful—elegant, thoughtfully curated, and full of high taste, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the fully stocked kitchen. As people who love to cook, we really appreciated the high-quality cookware and all the little details that made meal prep effortless. The balcony was another highlight—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, the home felt incredibly cozy, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was spacious and had beautiful mountain views. Our kids loved the large yard and game room. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a quick drive to get groceries. The drive to Shenandoah was only 15-20 min too.

Laura’s place was perfect for our long holiday weekend stay in Madison. The property matched its description precisely, offering comfortable beds, a well-organized kitchen (everything is labeled), and fully functional amenities. Laura was responsive to our questions but we had most of the information we needed in the house. The location was ideal for exploring Culpeper and Charlottesville. Everything was immaculately clean, and the internet and TVs worked perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return in the future.

A clean and attractive modern country cottage that is clearly designed for AirBnB travelers. Good lighting and seating. Lots of linens and toiletries. Firm but comfortable beds. A thoughtful touch is the bedside tables with reading lamps and built-in outlets, including USB. Good closet space, though no shelves or dressers. We found plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer, and a few drinks in the fridge, though no snacks like others have mentioned (but that was fine--we bring our own!). Tons of outdoor space that is great for families, kids, and pets. We will hope that Cozy Corner is available for our next visit to the area. p.s.: Finding the property and entering the house after dark is a little tricky; we recommend asking the host for additional information if you will be doing that. And as others have mentioned, there does appear to be an exterior security camera, even though the listing says that there is not.

A beautiful home. The home is within walking distance of downtown, if you don’t mind hills, in a neighborhood of gorgeous houses. The house is well kept and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

My husband, toddler, and I had a wonderful stay at the wine cellar cottage. It was a very convenient location with a short walk to playgrounds and restaurants. The diaper changing pad and booster seat were also a plus to have. Would definitely recommend staying here for a quiet place that has everything you'll need for your trip.

Perfect for our quick trip to Crozet & Wintergreen Resort. Wonderful location, close to Gas Station/Convenience Store, Wintergreen Lobby, and Slopes. Everything was exactly as expected. Comfortable bed and easy access to streaming services and Wifi. Will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area. Thanks so much!

Very wonderful stay! Mary was very responsive and attentive. It was a bit cold when we first arrived, but once we lit a fire in the fireplace, it warmed the place right up. It was a bit farther from the wintergreen resort than we thought, but luckily we were able to have my sister drop us off at the front. Overall very comfortable and quite relaxing!

The perfect location for my husband and I to attend the college ski & snowboard races going on at Bryce Resort. Charmingly remodeled, Molly’s place was spotlessly clean and uncluttered, leaving plenty of space for all our winter gear! The beds and linens were very comfortable which made for quite a few cozy mornings sleeping in. The unit is directly beside the slopes and golf course, so you can’t beat the convenience no matter what time of year you come.

Great little spot to enjoy Wintergreen. it's a few steps from the mountain. The condo had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved having the fireplace and there are piles of wood outside all the condos so we didn't have to bring anything. We didn't get to ski this late in the season like we planned but there were some beautiful waterfalls to hike to only minutes away. The convenience of being in the resort was nice. We also didn't realize there was a convenient store down the street in case you forget something when you get up there. There are plenty of wineries and hard cider places to visit also. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Thank you for our awesome stay at Tips Up!!

Loved staying here. We came for a retreat from the city and the view from the porch and general quietness was perfect. The condo was cozy, but honestly we spent most of the time on the porch staring at the mountains. Would stay here again.

Mary was a great host. Very detailed with check in and check out. Just right up the mountain from a couple of breweries.
